Hi :-)

I read a lot of interesting experience with AP here in forum. I know it's sometimes hard to distinguish between lucid dream and real OBE!

I was wondering if anyone had some 100% approved OBE experience with according symptoms (alice in wonderland effekt) he/she would like to share!

Ady :-)

By the way:
Can anyone tell me why I get OBE symptoms during a daynap so often, and only when I am not expecting anything.

......I think it is because of the same reason if you go to sleep at night and do not manage or sleep lightly and wake upa lot that your consciousness finds it "easier" to remain conscious when leaving and re-entering the physical body and etheric body..that is when dreams/lucid dreams and OBE's are recalled perfectly (more or less) usually...

It sounds like you were 'mostly out'.  Some disciplines teach that you need to have all your Chakras open to get out, having one closed anchors that part to the physical body.  Or you ran out of energy too quickly.

I'm will to wager you had a far-seeing episode after a failed OOBE?  An RTZ AP into the next room perhaps, but you hadn't had time 'see' yet?  Or it could have all ben a dream and you jsut overheard your mom talking about blankets (I discredit this for 2 reasons, she would have to be talking loudly to someone, and you woke up refreshed which for me is a sign of a concious return from an LD/AP/OOB).

Interesting.  I just had the opposite.  I just returned from a week of camping in some woods around the Great Lakes in the USA.  It was very easy to build power fast in the middle of undisturbed woods (assuming the mosquitos leave you alone).

Did you try full power-ups, or just stimulation of secondaries via NEW?

Hi! I have a question on NEW. In Astral Dynamics, stirring action is the where you imagine stirring your point of awareness in the area of an energetic center in order to activate it. I found that if I imagine using a small electric mixer applied right in the flesh of an affected area has more effect. Is that too violent, or should I go on with it?

Andrei

Hi there Ady! Id definitly go with it. When I do it, I sometimes imagine like one of those electric tooth brushes going around in a circular motion. It seems to work better for me, and if it works for you, go with it!

Hi ady,

There are pictures in the book Astral Dynamics. The online treatise is good, however for a really complete description of NEW, including pictures, pick up a copy of AD. It also makes a good reference, over and over, and is worth every penney. [;)]

Very best,

i had that when i started a few months ago what i found was there seem to be a build up of emotional energy aswell as tiredness this was due to chakra stimulation and not enough energy raising i put it down to using more energy than we are use to using..
energy breathing worked well for me at the beginning as my awareness tools wasnt working great at that time

hope this helps.....

Well all I can suggest is that perhaps you weren't relaxed enough, and your body was trying to go into AP but you were non-intentionally having little doubts at the back of your mind which stopped the process. Doubt or over-excitement immediately stops AP, you have to have a completly clear mind with only the thought of being pulled out of your body in your thoughts. I am suggesting the violentness is your body trying to move into its astral state, but you, perhaps without realising, stopped this by a little niggling feeling of doubt...?

Yes but you are not aware of the fact that you are in AP if you are sleeping, and there are many differences between spontaneous and deliberate AP...I think maybe that when people have nightmares they are taken back into their pyhsical body, but once the nightmare is over, they resume their previous state...as the astral body. But I'm not sure.

Hi Ady,

There could be a few reasons why you were unable to project. #1-The body not being completely relaxed. #2-Fear,which can create a certain amount of tension. #3-Not letting the vibes spread throughout your whole body. And sometimes trying too hard can actually be a detriment. Now as far as the sick, dizzy feeling that you felt. Possibly you awoke too fast or abrupt and your astral body was out of sync with the physical(it happens). One way to get rid of this feeling is to go back to sleep again for a brief period. This normally realigns everthing on awakening. Don't worry Ady. This is a very common occurance and never does any lasting harm to body. Good luck.

It might not have been your physical eyes, then again it might have been. I've opened my real eyes too, and although I haven't ever projected like that, it hasn't always stopped the vibes either. According to some people they can project while physically moving about, so I guess it's possible as their eyes would surely have been open at the time if that is indeed what happened.
