I want to start off saying I was never a big believer in this but interested in it. I always a person whole needs proof before believing.

ok I was waiting for some porn to download this morning so I went and laid in my bed. I started to fall asleep. When I was sleeping I was going lucid like mad crazy. So I thought why not try to make my lucid dream more powerful and maybe try OBE. I said "Lucidity" and it was one from there. i went into darkness. I had energy pulsing through my real body and my body in my dream. I could now feel both of them at the sametime. So i started seeing my wall where i was laying and it was fuzzy but it was where i was in real life. I started to try to get out of my body so I tried the pulling a rope trick to pull out and it didn't work. So i tried to just get up and I felt my feet moving. It was harder to move than normal. The best I can explain was moving a limb when it is asleep. that is how it felt. I was kinda sad because I felt my body moving and I knew it wasn't working. So I went to get up and I feel off my bed on the floor and kinda bounced. I looked up and to my shock I was sleeping in the bed as I wasn't in my body. I heard I laugh and then I was sucked very quickly into my body. I woke up and I was still in my bed. i know it wasn't sleep, a lucid dream, or my imagination. I can't say that I was really in my room but maybe on another plane that was a copy of this world. I won't know but I just know I was too aware to be dreaming and I felt everything. It was great. i hope I get to do it again. that is my story and thanks for reading.

I lucid dream quite often and I love it. I love become God or aleast only bound by the rules that I make. Anyways today I lucid dreamed but it was only for a moment. I know a few ways of staying in a dream by spinning really fast and what not. I did not have time to do this. Then I read last night how to go into OBE from a lucid. To say stuff like "I want to have an OBE" or "induce OBE." Well when I was waking I did it wrong but got something else. I said "induce lucidity" and it brought me to a room of a single color but it wasn't a dream and it wasn't where I was sleeping. Then I said "Lucid times 10!" and it seemed like i traveled very far in the room of nothingness. I could see the room I was sleeping it but everything had a copper color to it. Plus, it look like i was looking through a box. I didn't know if my eyes were open or not so I check and they were close. Then I opened them and the room was exactly the same but now in normal colors... What was that?

Hello Parabola,

Sounds like some of my early experiences. Sounds like you were in the very beginning stages of an astral projection; your energy level was so weak that you had a very weak projection. Astral realms usually have some colour to them...sounds like you phased from the astral into the real time zone.

The "room of nothingness" sounds like the astral void. It's basically an inbetween phase. Hard to describe...just a black void...usually seen when inbetween one astral realm and another. You can also use that space to create things using your mind.

Keep up the good work! [:)]

I am not asking if you are a snob but people that can do all these things do you think you are better than others who can? I mean besides giving you clarity how does this help you? I want to move thigns with my mind, project, change things. If i could do that I think you would have an edge. I am very open minded about this but if you really could do all this why doesn't anyone use it to their advantage? Thx

In short, no we don't. We have trained quite a bit to do these things. Also, everyone has the potential to do the things we can do. All it takes is time patience and willpower.
