When you can get it to turn a full circle you can rule out that it was a little imbalanced to start with. I've turned aluminum foil around on a pin several times but only like 1/4 turn, and then it falls back. I'm never quite sure if it's me or just air currents because it doesn't go the whole way.

before my sister knew anything about an obe, she used to get sleep paralaysis alot. sometimes she said that "spirits" would grab her feet and yank her out of her body. she was i think 17 when this happend and it scared her alot. know she thinks it was a spontanious obe but she is still scared and, even though she could probably do it, she tries not to leave her body because she still has thouse scary memories.

Congrats!

I would like to point out for future reference that you could spot energy blockages that way.

There have been a number of good threads over the last few years you might want to read. Look at Welcome to Permanent Astral Topics and such threads as Gateway Wave 1 pointers for a discussion of binaural cds.. Also, try our search engine and type in binaural for a list of threads. If you're really interested in answers, don't rule out what members have previously written. [;)]
