How did u prepare for the exit? Did u do enough relaxation (~40mins), induce trance state and loosen the Projected double? Only afterwards can you apply thought pressure! If u still can't make it, try using some variations of rope technique (one-handed, water-ski, etc). There are also other methods: Big-wheel, ladder, point-shift, etc. See which suits you most. A good excercise to increase the effektiveness of those methods is washinghands and steamengine excercises. Good luck :-)

Blackstream gave a good method to lucid-dreaming. Look at your hands repetitively (20, 30, 40, 70, 100 times a day) and you'll make it an unconscious habit. Then you'll do it in your dreams. But in your dreams, your hands melt when you look at them, so you'll realize you are dreaming.

I'm on the same boat as you are. But I have faith this method will work because it is scientifically sound, or so I think. :D

Actually this is what the forums are for, sharing our experiences, no need to make a thread for it..[:P]  

And if memory serves me right, this has been done before..grrrr, can't recall the name of the thread, but you might want to do a search on it.

There are a 101 methods out there! Regardless of method the key is to be focused yet relaxed! Perhaps Tisha's article 'Keys to Successful OBE' from the file library (above) might help.

II. RELAX!
Total relaxation is the second key to a peaceful, controlled out-of-body
experience. Practices such as meditation or yoga can help you achieve relaxation;
however, given the stresses of modern society, you will probably need to meditate and
contort yourself 12 or more hours a day before you achieve the physical and mental
states needed for an OBE. Most people can hardly squeeze in a few minutes worth
of energy work per week, which is better than nothing, but not enough. You need to
do more than just meditate or practice your lotus position.
Mental relaxation is as critical to OBE as physical relaxation. You can yoga
yourself into a pretzel, but if your monkey-brain is chattering 24-7 or spinning out of
control with anxieties, you are not going to OBE. It is imperative that you create a
peaceful, relaxed life for yourself if you are to make a regular practice of deliberately
leaving your body. Given this basic truth, what are the sources of stress in your life?

what type of training are you looking for, ki blasts, powerups, ascention, ect?
