How did u prepare for the exit? Did u do enough relaxation (~40mins), induce trance state and loosen the Projected double? Only afterwards can you apply thought pressure! If u still can't make it, try using some variations of rope technique (one-handed, water-ski, etc). There are also other methods: Big-wheel, ladder, point-shift, etc. See which suits you most. A good excercise to increase the effektiveness of those methods is washinghands and steamengine excercises. Good luck
