Fear is your worst enemy!

Relax, and take a deep breath, let it out.  There are many distinct advantages to being a fleshie.  You have many natural defenses to negs.  They generally only get at you through holes in your defense or 3rd party influences.  The odds of you hooking up with a truly powerful neg are encredibly remote, don't dwell on that, it's bad karma.

Remember that some negs can "appear" as anything they want (so can you on the Astral, turn about is fair play).  Take a frightening visage with a grain of salt....or maybe the whole salt container!

Positive thoughts and energy are your best defense.  Being calm and reassured help immensely.  

What framework are you comfortable working in?  I ask this because I found many people to be reluctant working with anything Occult related.  Yeah, boggles my mind also what exactly they think Metaphysics is, but a digital form of old Occult teachings with science to back it up.
