Well I just downloaded Inner Journey from Itunes and I need some tips to make my experirence good. I have head phones and I don't think their is any special sound effects enabled. Did you feel vibes on the first time using it?

I had my first out of body experience yesterday!

Before I went to bed I had a premonition that something good, either a dream or projection would occur. Sometime during the night I was conscience and realized I could go out of body. I remember sticking my arms out and thinking "Oh those aren't physical arms!" and I just floated up and out. I felt very light and I made my way to my window. I tried passing through it but that was no use. I felt scared but at the same time it was exciting. I snapped back to my body and then I popped back out and floated up into a spinning motion. I sat down and asked my spirit guide for help. I must have lost it right about then because I don't remember anything else.

Now I have a question, would this be classified as a spontaneous projection? I would like to thank all the members here for tips and advice I have received from you    wow that was soooo amazing!!! I can't wait to get out of my house on my next projection!!!

Well I have had 2 lucid dreams lately, and I remember them, but I lost my lucidness in the dream so I forget alot of what happened. Can you give me some pointers on becoming lucid in my dreams? Also, I need more help with inducing OBEs from Lucid Dreams. Thank you...

I have just found out I have an Arachnoid Cyst on my brain. They said it was small.

 It is so small there probably won't be any surgery. And I am almost asymtomatic.
 
Now here is where I need your help to get a start on this. Can someone refer a good book on energy healing?(I'm so new to this form of healing I don't know the name)I ofcoarse will fallow through with what kind of practical things my doctor wants.

Can this healing harm me? Or does it only help?

P.S-My attitude is great right now and I am not being affected emotionaly, this is just very strange.

Anyway, welcome to the astralpulse. I'm sure you'll have fun searching through all the info here & meeting some great folks along the way.

Keep at it, regarding the practise... It might take some time, but its worth it ! In my experience the key part is to get relaxed...get to that area just between being "awake" and "asleep", and try to stay there. Whilst others have found that the NEW energy system is the key Again, this system requires plenty of dedication.
