Well first of all I have 3 cards. 3 of hearts 8 of spades and 6 of clover. I shuffle them up and put my hand over them in turn concentrating on 3 of hearts. each card gives of a sort of temperature. It varies sometimes I feel cold when I go over the 3 of hearts sometimes warmth. The thing is most of the time I am able to chose out the odd one out with the different temperature and most of the time it is the 3 of hearts! its cool and I always freek myself out when I pick up the 3. Now what type of kinesis or telepathy is this?

oh yeah I would like to add. After trying it like 7-10 times I cant do it anymore and my hands/feet get cold

Actually I'm quite serious.  The hard part is know if they are indeed ghosts in the first place, and what kind of ghosts(by ghosts I mean recently departed physical humans , and by recent sometime in the last few hundred years).  Some can be helped, others can also be helped but can be considerabley more work.  Some are not 'sane' in any definition you may wish to use.  Some cling to addictions from life (there are numerous famous bar and restaurant ghosts across the world).

You have one in particular you want to talk to?  You have to be able to hear them first...

Are you saying you can MBA from toes upward, but go numb at your 3rd Eye?  Classically that would indicate a blockage.  MBA can smooth out the blockage, that's what it does.

How long have you been trying that area?
