You have experience no less than what alot of people on these forums have. I've done the leg thing, not on purpose at first mind you.[
] I just found myself standing straight up on my head laughing at the whole thing [:O] I believe it is a lack of energy going through those certains areas. I do not recommend straining..I got a headache once straining to get out, never did that again.[

This may seem silly, but try crawling away from your physical. I mean that in a literal sense too. Try and get turned over to what ever side of the bed, couch...etc., that is closest to the floor and reach your astral arms out and clutch that carpet..[
] It has worked many times for me in the past.[^] I say past, because I suppose (can't be sure, just my thoughts on it) I worked more with the NEW ways, and it seemed getting out was alot easier after working with that for awhile. But with the crawling out, once you get on the floor just crawl as far as you can from your physical, and you'll find (least I did) the further away from my physical I got, I could stand up with ease.
