In contrast to another recent poster talking about taking energy from plants, I'd like to relate an experience I had once while doing some energy work with someone next to a large tree.

A woman walked up to me while I was working on someone else and saying that she could see some darker energies come off of the other person and go into my hand chakras and then break off and sort of drain down into the tree trunk and down into the Earth, which was right behind me, like the tree was somehow helping the healing/cleansing process.

It seems like plants and trees may be much more beneficial to us than we may normally think.

For some time now I have been noticing, especially upon first waking up in the morning, something which appears to be a portion of my vision is "blinking".  It looks like a transparent area of my vision is blinking, or getting slightly lighter and darker, at the rate of about ten times per second.  I'm wondering if I could be seeing another entity or being of some kind, or possibly a portion of my own energy field.

Has any of you also experienced this or heard of this kind of thing before, or know what this might be?

I attend a weekly channeling meeting that lasts for about 1 1/2 hours, every Wednesday night.  The woman claims to channel a group-entity being that call themselves the "Eloheim"... the creators of this physical area of the universe.  This may sound a little "far-out", but as I have attended almost every week for about a year now it has done nothing but convinced me of their authenticity.  They are happy to explain many of our most elusive questions.

UPDATE:  The channeled answers to questions posted on this thread have been recorded and exist now as mp3 files.  These sessions are also now available.

I have also typed out the answers to most of the questions posted here on this thread.  As you go through the thread and read my posts, the blue typed words are your questions and the dark red type is the Eloheim's answers.  This should help to make it easier for you if you're here for the first time.

I believe that everything you eat, drink, or have near you can have a certain effect on the dream state and was wondering what any of you may have learned in this regard.

I have heard that some crystals and different herbs like mugwort might be good for enhancing dream state experiences.  I also wonder what types of food might have different effects.

I had a dream once where a lady was explaining to me that I needed to discover my "33-fold self".  Does anyone out there have any idea what this might be referring to?  Is there any particular significance to the number 33 in developing the energy body in any practices?

I am starting this topic as my own personal theory on how things work in this universe and how we can reach the highest of potentials together.  I will write in a little more every time I sit down and think about this more.


All beings are vibrating at certain harmonic vibrations that holds them together and enables them to have an individual experience separated from the experiences of others and also which enables them to relate with one another.  These individual vibrations are all designed from the original Creator's own mind and are smaller duplicates of this Original Mind with each having it's own variations.

I'd just like to say that I am beginning to see and be very conscious of the fact that our thoughts do indeed create what what will encounter down the road somewhere. I have had so many instances in the past year or so that show me how the exact thoughts I was thinking later appear in my life as events. It is very clear to me now and I see how important it is to 'watch' our thinking and direct it into the channels that will benefit us the most and others.

So let us focus on the things we'd like to create for ourselves and others and think as little as possible on things we don't want in our lives, unless we are focusing on the solutions to these hurdles.

We are the trainers of our own thoughts, so let's take hold of the wheel now!

I went to a psychic training group for a healing and reading the other day and there was an elderly lady with white hair who was supposedly channeling the Supreme Being!  It did feel quite a bit different than anything I've encountered before, as this being was radiating so much compassion and joy and relaxed-ness.  I have been told that there are many beings in my space trying to stifle my efforts to advance, so I asked for a healing on getting these beings out of my space.  The next day I played a pool tournament and won more easily than I can ever remember doing before(not sure if that's related or not but I use my pool game as a guide to show me what is and isn't working in my life, as I find that pool really brings out anything that may be hidden in my mind).

Anyways, has anyone ever heard of such a thing as channeling the Supreme Being?

By the way... I've been going to this psychic group for some time now and they have been about exactly right-on with everything they have told me, and besides that they are a fun and enthusiastic group.  They are called The Berkeley Psychic Intitute and have trained thousands of people to open up with their own abilities.

I really need to get to the bottom of this situation with my friend, as her energies have been drained to dangerously low levels and I know that she has some of the most extraordinary abilities for healing and cleansing people's energies on the planet.  She can see any neg implants easily in poeple's energies and remove them in seconds, along with seeing the higher astral planes where thought forms or thought 'bags' exist and change them at will, among many, many other things just that she's mentioned to me.

I went to a local psychic institute and received a 'relationship reading' on my friendship with her and one of the main things they said about her energy in my space was that it had a "Guru" quality to it.  I had mentioned nothing to this psychic of any of my experiences with my friend...only her name.  I would also add that I have been going to these psychics for a few months now and they have been exactly right on in all their readings on me...that I ave been able to verify.  They can look at  past lifes, your dream state travels or just about anything you ask about.  It is called the Berkeley Psychic Institute and they are in the process and have trained thousands of people in opening and developing their psychic abilities.

I think there may be much more here than most might tend to think and it continues to get more mysterious and all-inclusive the more I am finding out.  I have a strong feeling that this situation has a lot to do with the future of our world...if I may be so bold.  Does anyone out there really KNOW what is happening here?...not just guesses.

I was wondering where I might be able to find someone who is really good at projecting and might be able to 'look into' a situation. My friend happens to be really in a tight spot now in heavy psychic attacks throughout the day and night and doesn't know if she will make it out alive.  I would like to find someone who can really find out exactly what is happening with her situation and what can be done about it.

There must be some really good workers out there somewhere...

I have been attacked a number of times right as I was dozing into the sleep, particularly last night.  Right as I was entering a sleep state there was a powerful pulsing energy that felt like it was trying to pull me out of my body with tremendous effort.  I immediately tried to embrace this energy only to feel it get a little stronger.  Then I did what I have learned is the easiest way to get out of these things...simply to wake myself up immediately and that breaks it off completely right away.

Anyone else familiar with this kind of thing or what else can be done here?

What a great place this is to be!  How refreshing to see and be a part of such a fine group of fellow travelers.  

I believe we are changing the future of the universe in a profound way here, if I may be so bold.[]  I feel I have absorbed enough already to straighten my path into the right direction...and I've only been on here for a couple weeks, or less...but it feels like so long ago.

May we continue to consciously unite into the oneness that we already are.  I can feel major connections happening right now!  I think I'll stick around for a while.[]

The method you mentioned is the preparation of the kundalini exercise,
it makes your spine flex.

This sounds interesting but it's hard to really say without more details. Exactly what have these spirits been misled about?

You can help your friend quite easily.  It will take some time to complete your friend's healing.  You could get a lot of advice that is way technical, or you could try my methods.

..Sit your friend down somewhere quiet.
..Have her do three breaths to clear and energise (in the nose and out the mouth)
..Using imagination to begin with..
..See a tube of White Light above yourselves.
..Imagine it coming down all over you, covering and surrounding you with white light.
..Then let the light come in through the Crown Chakra, and imagine it going all the way down to the feet.  Some people feel a warming sensation at this time.

As she begins to feel re-energised and stronger from the Light..
..have her imagine an outer coating around the white light in whatever her favourite color is.  This will be her Shield that she can build around herself any time she feels the need.

Another thing she can do to help when she feels them inputting into her mind, is to simply imagine a Mirror surrounding herself or just the head, imagine it reflecting all incoming thoughts and input.  Most people feel an easing off of the pressure about this time.

Have her practice these simple methods a couple of times a day to get used to it and to build power in strength.  

While doing the White Light, you can scan her in your mind's eye for Hooks.  If you do see some, simply remove them like a fishing hook and let it return to it's implanter.

Now, you may find the attacker will appear to try and prevent this healing activity from happening.  You can deal with them then, by seeing them in your mind's eye and even if you feel fear at the time you must LOVE them.

This can be done easily by remembering the feeling of being Loved, then just direct that feeling into the attacker.  I usually see it coming out of my chest (heart chakra) and flowing as Golden Light into the attacker.  It begins a profound change in them then.

You are the strongest link your friend has.  That is for a reason Covelo.  This has come to you through your friend as a means for you to step up to the plate and begin your tasks (spiritual)here.
