Interesting you mention this.
I had an experience just last weekend where I couldn't get to sleep but suddenly from behind my eyelids I realised the room was bright. I got out of bed and there was this bright light in the center of my room. The first thing I did was try to fly.. couldnt. So I turned on the light, looked at my hands and thought "what the faark?". By this point the light had turned off.
Before that happened I also saw bright lights in my window behind my curtains.
And my grandad had died the day before... Maybe he came to say hello
