How long does it take you to enter the trance state, full trance, cause I'm on my bed or sitting on the chair for 20, 30 minutes and nothing, i feel a little bit heavy and my arms feel numb but other then that nothing

hey is Frank the moderator the same Frank that wrote "Astral Projection truth" ? if he is then it explains why he dislikes the work of Robert Bruce and the book Astral dynamics, tell me if i'm wrong or is it just fighting for he's piece of the money pie ?

Here's the deal

I'm interested in OBE for a year now, a few day a go i have finaly got my hands on the copy of Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce...

The closest that i was to OBE was about few months a go when i went to sleep, i was very tired and didn't had the strength to even try projecting, after a few minutes (i know i wasn't sleeping) i fell through my bed ( i belive my projectable double fell through) i got scared i was back in my physical body like instantly...

Ever since i'm trying to enter trance state, i'm laying on my back, breathing, trying to clear my mind and all...I'm laying still for about half an hour or so but nothing, no vibrations, no nothing, is it my concentration or i'm doing something wrong

I've got a question

For example I've got sun in taurus and moon in virgo, is it true that because both sun and the moon are in earthly signs i will have trouble to achieve astral projection?

I i'm trying to project every night, of course i had no luck yet

PS: one more question :p about three nights a go i went to sleep and a after a while (i wasn't sleeping i'm sure) i've hm how could i put it ( as you can se my english is rather poor ) i was totaly relaxed,  and on the verge of sleep, i felt like i'm gonna brake through my bed, i mean i felt like sinking through it but when i felt that strange feeling i was like all conciouses again and the feeling disappeared, i belive that happened becouse i felt scared a bit maybe

If a person is blind, from the day it was born and is able  to project what happens? Can they see all the things that people with normal sight can see while projecting? If there is anybody that is unfortunately blind please share your experience on this topic.
If they can see, isn't that a god send gift for them? I'm sorry if a subject like this was posted already

i'm new here and i have never had an OBE
or maybe i had, first of all i've heard about OBE about a week a go and since then i bought a book about it and i surfed the net so i could getter some informations about it

Well i remember something that happened about a year a go, i was sleeping and i heard the phone ringing, i got up to pick the phone, i reached the phone and wanted to push the button on it to recieve a call but i didn't work, and in a second i woke up in my bed and the phone was still ringing what was that?
