on trying to project i tried with all my might to levitate above my physical, but couldn't, exhausted, i flowed back down to my body only to come to with a spasm or cramp originating from lower back. it was not pleasant tho not overly painful. Is this normal?
perhaps built up energy in the base Chara area that caused this spasm/cramp like thing cause Ive had pulsating sensations there which seems to rhythm with that of heart chakra... anyway It felt scary like i was having a fit .. tho i don't suffer from that kinda thing before in life (only leg cramps) ... i thought something was really wrong. since then i haven't achieved any more astral experiences so maybe i did some kind of damage? do i need to time to heal, re balance energy? Thanks for reading.

has anyone actually seen their projected doubles' aura? is it  possible?

Hi all, just questions i have been pondering about some  experiences would like to hear what anyone thinks.

One I awoke paralyzed, breath/heartbeat is so slow and almost constricting, and I just KNEW (not imagined or think or feel) it that life will cease now if I just stop to breath all together, and in making a choice it seemed 'possibilities' of future just flashes head which releases you .... Is this some sort of astral expereince?... Just a theory but perhaps this is one possibility how some pl just die peacefully in their sleep for no reason at all if there are cases like this - a conscious choice offered...

Also, in obiing or astral ling, has anyone experience/believe one can be encountered/set/given certain 'tests' and once you pass, perhaps a 'higher knowledge' or anything IE clarification etc.. is made known to you?

hello, I have been getting these chills mostly from my back and radiating towards both shoulders and to the front and sometimes legs and arms, this has happening more often since I started NEW like once every 5 minutes for no reason at all mostly esp. when i am not doing energy work that i know of.., also there i get jabbing pains on my right shoulder blade etc... I was wondering if anyone knows what it is?  

I have a few questions based on my experiences.
Any responses would be great and I thank you in advance.  

1 - I was meditating entering trance state and maybe near falling into to sleep don't remember how long this lasted but I could see a white glow with eyes closed(third eye?), Then I was aware of the room, I could see the room with my eyes closed and a shaft of mainly white light beam down from above and onto my head and I felt this tingly? lightly warmish? kinda pleasant wave rush throughout my body and subsided, got jerked outa trance state became wide alert. My question is what happened? an attack ? or something positive to do with my med?

2 - I read in various places that it is a good idea to develop your base Chara before working on your crown? but what if your crown is alot more stronger than your base Chara? What are the symptoms.. psychotic issues?   ... and what if you don't balance it in the long run?
