Hi,
   Ok, so I've been trying to astral project for months now and I still have had no joy. I usually get to this stage: My body is totally numb, I can feel the vibrations and my heart starts to beat really hard. I get there most times but have never got further, could anyone give me some tips to achieve my first projection.

                 I'm Speedofpain (if you hadn't already guessed) my real name is Steven and i'm 16 years old. I'm from Luton, England, 30 miles from London.
