have been developing minor chakras for 6 weeks now. i seem to be able to run energy through my fingers back and forth and i'm still waiting for the toes on my right foot to catch on.
what i would like some advice on is whilst i can feel energy moving through my fingers and toes i can't seem to activate the minor chakras individually by mental will.
interesting enough, if i have run energy through my fingers it seems that all i need to do is just touch the minor chakra centres with my (physical) finger and they activate (fast pulsating sensations).
i'm assuming i am activating the minor chakras as this occurs exactly in the right spot. any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.
also, i would be interested in hearing about peoples success and difficulties in inducing the trance state. how long do you generally practice physical relaxtion for etc
