The other day I was gonna go to sleep when I felt this bubbling sensation in my stomach, and it kept me up for most of the night. In the morning when I had woken up, the sensation of moving water was going up from the bubbling in my stomach to my head and I felt very light head. It's weird but it reminded me of rushing water at my throat that one time and was wondering if I should be paying more attention to this or not. And can anyone explain the bubbling sensation, it was like I was floating most of the day or walking in a day dream. Very light on my feet. Weird...

I was wondering if anyone knew how to work this ability in conjunction with Remote viewing.

I was wondering if anyone has problems with reintegration in this particular case of astral projection. As I seem to have to recollection of what my physical body is actually doing at the time I'm split from it. Kinda weird because I was running and I closed my eyes and I was somewhere else. Then I even walked around a bit and then had the urge to close my eyes and I was back standing there where I was at before, almost a little light feeling in my body and more clam not as tense as I was before it happened... Could anyone explain why there seemed to be no memory integration on both copies of the mind?

It happened one night when I was asleep. I woke up in a panic and I toughed this one book and had a premonition of a door. It was funny to see a door in my premonition. Then when I came back, I had the urge to go to the bathroom. So I went to the door, my door... I closed my eyes and I was some where else. I could see red lights and there was a door at that place. It was like I was in a corner or something. I could seem to move or anything, I could open the door. Then I hear something behind me, I turned and opened my eyes. I was facing my bed now, with the door behind me. So I guess I was just surprised or something, I went back to bed...pulled the covers over my head and went back to sleep. I wasn't ready to deal with it. Can anyone tell me, what really happened?

Hello, y'all I'm new to the board and I like the new system and everything...

When I was stimulating my charakas something happened... I was filling my sub-navel and it only took a few hours for it to go from the heart to the brow, then I felt rushing water at my throat. I've been on the new system for about 5 months now, and this has been the second time this has happened. I was wondering if there' is anything I can do about it. Because the rushing water actually caused my to throw up water, and it was weird.
