Hey there, just wanted to introduce myself. This is certainly a BIG forum 
. Looks like im gonna be here a while looking through all the previous posts, cant wait to get started. 
I last visited the Astral Pulse website about three-or-so years ago and it was a puny thing compared to what it is now. That was when i first bought Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce. Great book! It explained a lot of weird stuff that i had experienced my whole life - waking paralysis, spontaneous OBE's etc. Although when i started raising my energy and trying to conciously OBE, i found i just couldnt get over the fear i felt and so i stopped altogether - plus a lot of other stuff was happening in my life at the time that required my attention.. But now im back! - Grrr!! and i feel a whole lot stronger. Ive started RV training too and lots of exciting stuff has happened so far so.....heres to an exciting journey Cheers!
