Every time I try to project, or for that matter even meditate, the back of my head starts getting a lot of pressure on it and begins to hurt. Most of the time I start felling my heartbeat right on the back of my head just where the neck connects to the head. It mostly happens when I try to focus on the high pitched noise that resided there. I seem to be regulating energy through my neck, slowing it and maby even stopping it well meditating. If I focus on my breathing then the pain goes away, but if i try focusing my my frontal lobe, crown or the noise it jumps out at me and hurts. I really don't know what to do about it. I used to be able to stop meditating a few week's and then it would go away, but even with prolonged time i can't shake it off anymore.
