Finally, after diligently practicing, i finally felt a ridiculous amount of energy throughout my left hand.  I decided to stimulate it even more. I began to bounce it back and forth.  I could feel it pulsate from the heel of my hand and then back to my fingertips.  I decided to go faster.  And faster, and faster.... it was amazing.  My left arm was working as well.   Not as powerful as my left hand but still.  My right hand is not as responsive as my left hand but i can defiantly feel the energy in it moving.  My feet have been accustomed to feel minor energy... i know its there but it takes a while to stimulate.  My legs are also a  bit non responsive, but i can non the less feel the "rushing water" in my legs.  The only thing I'm having trouble with is my spine.  I am right now only visualizing with no response.  I believe that in time it will become more potent.  I also started the entire body energy bounce.  I could feel the energy most at my toes and fingertips.  It faded the closer i got to my mid body.  But then resumed its potency as i got further.

I had a question though, could i use this energy to heal things such as asthma or bad eye sight?

Ever since i started writing my dreams down, Ive been having a ridiculous amount of dreams every night.  It's gotten to the point where i look forward to sleeping JUST to see what i dream about.  But, i have yet to have an astral projection since 01/10/05 8:29 A.M.  Any reasons why i may be having these difficulties?

If one was to induce astral projection mealy by listening to this audio file... there would be pros and cons.  Pro being that, hey astral in the mornin, astral in the evenin, astral at supper time... but on the bad side, when one is not able to get a hold of this file (which can not be burned due to the fact that the sound is distorted if it is burned) one would not know how to induce it by ones self hence there was no learning involved.  It'd be like training wheels.  If you relied on them your whole learning time, and never attempted to use it without them.  When they take it off unknowingly, you'd fall and would not know how to ride a bike.

Again on another plus note, if you used this program, couldn't it be used as a way to learn how to project?  If you know what to look for during a projection, when attempting to do it without the audio, you could know what to feel, and look for in the projection process.

I was raised a catholic and believed there was life after death.  IE heaven, hell, and whats in between (purgatory).  Several years ago, when i was id say about 14.... i just stopped.  I didn't listen anymore.  I didn't believe anymore.  God, the devil, heaven.... i just didn't believe it was there.  All i thought there was for me, was quiet darkness.  After learning about astral projection (about a year ago) i started thinking again, If one could leave his body (projection) something beyond any type of scientific explanation, there is very much a possibility of life after death.  Not as many perceive it to be, the place in which one is rewarded based on his life on this physical world.  This is a place we all go to, to reside as long as we please until we feel it necessary to commence another life on this earth.

So what do you guys think is out there?

I admit to having used drugs before.  Specifically Cannabis (marijuana).

I was wondering does this impair the ability to project?  If so is it permanent?  Should i just give up trying?

Every time i try to induce the vibrations prior to an OBE, i get to the point where my body is numb and my mind is slipping into random thought.  I attempt to keep my mind aware but leave my body asleep but I end up just coming out of it all together.  What can i do to get to Focus 10?

suppose one was so good at astral projection that he was able to control it 100%, could they technical never come out?  They simply never wanted to come out?  The real world is so harsh compared to the astral plane... why would you want to leave?

My first OBE was performed during my waking hours. It was exactly 8:29 when i lasted look at the clock before drifting into sleep and then into the astral plane. For about a month now I've been attempting to perform astral projection before i sleep. I always end up falling asleep. And every time I'm at the point where Astral Projection would seem ideal (the part where random thoughts enter your mind right before you sleep) i can't seem to do it. I just end up pretending to roll, twist and turn.

Any methods or procedures i should try achieve the exit?

Currently, i am attempting the energy work on the toes, tonight is feet. When I was doing the energy work on my thumb, i had trouble figuring out how to flex my joint. This contributed to me not "noticeably sparking activity" in my thumb. The only feeling i got was the feeling you get when someone scratches a chalkboard in my thumb. It's not even that noticeable at that.  Its a very feint feeling.  And i got that feeling from imaging a pipe cleaner going in and out of my thumb. The thought was odd feeling. Same goes for my toes. I believe i unlocked my toe next to my big toe as it felt very heavy and tingly. But as far as the thumb and other toes, i don't know what to do.

Does anyone have any suggested techniques to spark energy in certain areas?

Well, i had no idea there were such dedicated forums to astral projection and other metaphysical topics.  I've been looking into astral projection for the past year and, I believe, recently i had my first OEB!  I am currently reading Mastering Astral Projection and am just wrapping up Week 1.  I'm having a bit of trouble with the energy stimulations though.
