Hi,

Can anyone explain to me if we go on, after death, in our dream body or do we use another body then? Because in my dreams I can pull my finger, and even break it of. Is this also possible when you you have died?

I also heard stories about people who did not know they died. What kind of consciousness is this? Why don't people understand that they are living in a different world where obviously not all people are around you as when you did not die....

Please help me out, any light on these thing is very much appreciated!

Last night I had my 1st MILD. Ik went to sleep on my back (which I usually don't) and awaked because of the snoring sound I made. I recalled the dream I was in and felt asleep again after a short period. I entered the same dream which I had left a few moments before, but now I realized that this scene was the the one I had just dreamt of. I was standing with a girlfriend (who I do not know in daily life) near a lake and as soon as I knew that I was dreaming, I shouted "more lucidity". From that moment on the situation changed, the appearance of my girlfriend changed and the total scene faded. It felt like I had closed my eyes.... so I wanted to open them, even though I realized that it may end my dream, but I took the chance.... But I was right, the opening of my eyes also occured physical, so I woke up

Can anyone tell me what to do in such a situation? Should I have waited longer?
