The foundation of mediation is it's simplicity.  If someone gives you a technique that requires that and training, it's not the best form of meditation.  I sit in the stereotypical meditation style.  This conditions the body to devote itself to the act.  Try and meditate laying down and you will go to sleep, because that's what you do when you lay down.  In devoting a physical position to meditation alone you prepare your whole self for the experience.  Then I simply take some deep breaths while relaxing, stare into the blackness of my closed eyes, and listen.  Nothing to it!

Hello Windameir
I'm a newbie around here.  Welcome back and I look forward to catching up with you on the forums [:)]

I've noticed that too...my dreams are longer, more vivid, more memorable, more epic and recently lucid around that time.

Perfect!!

I think, that I have made my little share of the work too (Actually as an error on my account, but that is another story).

I ordered the books from a Danish bookstore, and didn't hear from them in over 3 days. So i finally ordered the books from amazon, and once they were shipped to me, I got an email from the Danish bookstore, that Astral Dynamics were on the way to me *LOL* ....

So now i have 2 copies of Astral Dynamics, and one copy of PPSD. But hey, I think it will make a great gift to a person I care about at some point in the future ;-) ...

So Robert - there are currently at least 3 books of yours in Denmark that I know of ;-) ....

Sensations will come eventually. It helps to have them to give confidence in your efforts, but you can start without sensations. Eventually the sensations are likely to peak and decline. If you can do it now you will have an easier time later.

Changes in the sensations are normal. They come and go in cycles. It is actually a sign of progress when the sensations decrease like this. Working on something else like more relaxation or more concentration for a while helps. After making some progress with those or with trance states you will have an easier time making more progress with raising energy. Combining systems, by learning reiki or chi kung, can help, too. Another good thing to try is sharing energy with other people. Not much of an option for many of us, though, because of the difficulty of finding other people who work with energy.
