First of all let me say thank you for writing such a wonderful book.
I am really amazed by NEW. I was one of those people who jumped into this mystical world and went straight for the third eye and heart chakras, and only concentrated on those. As you might well expect I rarely felt anything untill I would just relax and slowly my feet would tingle and sometimes I would get energy sensations elsewhere. But I'm reading through your book and I'm in the middle of the NEW section and tactile imaging right now, so I spent most of yesterday doing minor energy path work. After five minutes of toe work I find my chest slightly vibrating and my head completely tingling. The chest vibrating makes me question if it's just my heart. Whenever I meditate I do feel like I can feel my heart pump in any place in my body, so it distracts me from knowing when real vibrations come. Of course these are only the gentle subtle vibrations, I rarely get the electrified version.
Also you mentioned the complete Kundalini Circuit. I am curious if you have any online information about kundalini, awakening and raising this type of energy as well. For, I look at obe as a step to fully awakening K within me, so any information you or anyone has I would simple love you all for.
I apologize for the rambling, I'm just a little excited and happy.

Thanks,
  Keith

The lucid dream is nice b/c you can actually jump off a ledge and know you won't get hurt. You mentioned "The Lucid Dreamer". I'd like to find it. Who was the author?

I go to a state school in Ohio and I'm majoring in Psychology and minoring in Philosophy. One thing I'm grateful of here is that they offer more courses in Philosophy like for instance a meditation course, a metaphysics course and a Personal Identity course (grad course that talks about what would exist if you went through a time travel machine) haha. As of now i'm a sophomore and hope to take those courses later on either Junior and Senior year or in Grad school. Good luck finding a Major that specifically deals with OBE's, i think you'd have to look to a "healing" school or something for that. However, having a major in Philosophy especially may touch on some of those subjects. Guess it just depends on the school you go to. Good Luck!  - Mike

when it starts try focusing on your nose and the itches, and mentally "smoothing" each itch, one at a time, into the rest of your skin. like rubbing the itch with your mind rather than with your hand (yes, rub instead of scratch).

it may be a pain in the butt to endure, but until you learn to do something about the itches, they'll just keep bothering you.
