I think I started to astral project or have an OBE, but before I could I got real excited and couldn't concentrate. Anyways, when it started my hands started to vibrate, so my question is: can u astral project if just ur hands vibrate or does ur whole body have to?

I've been interested in astral projection for some time know and just need some clarification about trancing. Do u need music to trance because I have heard arguments about needing it and not needing it. If trancing is better done with music, what kinds of music is good? I would also appreciate it if anyone that knows any techniques will post them.

I haven't been on here for a while and I know that a whole bunch of new people joined so i'm gonna post this again. All I need is some sites I can visit or techniques anyone has to help me achieve astral projection.
