i want to buy one of those things that you put on your head so it can help you get into the astral plane better but i dont know which ones to get, theres different cds and everything. Is there something that anyone would recommend ? and does it really work? please help i really want to get into the astral plane

so i do everything and relax and i try not to think about things and i just look in my eyelids, then like my mouth starts to open and my head starts to relax , then my eyelids try to open so i keep them shut, and sometimes i dont kno whether they are open or not, i see shapes and things when my eyes are closed too and i try to concentrate on those
