Hello - I discovered this web a few days ago after ordering and receiving the Mastering Astral Projection book and was just wondering if any other newbies here have been working with the book?  We are starting a small study group (to keep each other motivated and compare progress notes) but would like to meet others who are just starting this journey.

Hello - I'm a newbie, this is my first post.  

I purchased the book last week and it finally arrived today.  I have been doing/having? (rather haphazardly) OBEs off and on for several years and find myself in the strangest places.  Sometimes I recognize them, and sometimes I find them months later.  So .... I was thrilled to see this book in Llewellyn, along with Carls write up and interview re same.  

Question:  the light goggles mentioned on page 4 and 18; where/how do I purchase them and is there a particular brand you can recommend?  I live in a pretty distracting neighborhood and need all the help I can get to learn to focus (or not) on relaxing.
