Hi, all, I am new to this, but am befinning to try to attain LD, I remember doing it when I was younger.Can anyone give me some basic suggestion's? I am wearing a blue bracelet on my arm, am trying to remember to ask every time I see it" Am I awake or asleep"?.

i!!! Hi, all, name is Feisty, I am 53, married, two small boy's. I occasionally try meditation, and had at one time tried AP, with no success. I will once in a while smoke some ganja, does this cause any probs, do you think? I beleive in re-incarnation, astral, all.
