This was amazing to me personally, being my first time, even if it's nothing to you guys.

When I woke up this morning, I immediately remembered a technique I had read a day before about when waking up, since it's easy to go back to sleep then, to make a visual X in the room somewhere and focus on being there. I didn't "wake up" at the X, however, I floated out of my body, and only saw white. As I moved towards the door, everything became extremely clear. Now I remember moving downstairs and into my living room, and I can't remember if I woke up and went back to sleep or started dreaming again. I also can't remember that much about it, which gives me doubts as to if it really was an astral projection or not.
