Ive been doing energy healing through my hands for about a year and a half now.    I discovered I had this ability one day when my body started to vibrate intensely and I could project that vibration onto others.  

A funny thing happened the other weekend that I, nor any receiver I have worked with has experienced before.  

I was visiting my fathers and I decided to introduce them into the world of energy medicine.  My sister was eager to try so I placed my hands 6 inches away from her arm and concentrated.  I meditated for about 5 minutes and I could then feel the vibrations in my arm.  My sister felt the vibrations at about the same time.  At that point my sister said that her arm not only had the vibrations but it sort of felt weightless.  

I shrugged it off as something that she just experienced.  My dad the skeptic then blurted out that he wanted me to try on him because he didn't believe it, although he does have an open mind.   I once again placed my hand about 6 inches from his arm and began to meditate.   The vibrations came quickly and he began to feel the vibrations as well.  Not only that but he said the vibrations shot through his arm and across both his shoulders where he fell off a ladder and had painful nerve damage.   I continued to concentrate and to both our amazement he said his hand felt light.  I kept on focusing and his whole arm began to slowly lift off the kitchen table where he was resting it for me to do the energy work!!  His arm in fact cleared the table!  My father was stunned by all this and is now paying for an energy healer to help him with his ailments!  Something he would never have done!!

I was really surprised by this because I have never experienced this sort of levitation before!  Does anyone know about this type of effect happening while doing energy healing?

Ever since I can remember I seem to wake up in the middle of the night either paralyzed or seeing things.   In recent years though Ive noticed that I wake up and things don't seem to be as they should.  Its hard to describe but, I can still see the outline of my house and walls but thing are morphing and it kinda looks like a kaleidoscope.  I often see things moving around like shadows and sometimes I jump outta bed like a canon trying to see what it was.  Half the time I'm at the windows of the house staring outside for some reason.   Overall the feeling is that it just doesn't feel like I'm in normal time/reality anymore.

Recently it seems like this is happening every night.  For the first little while I was kinda scared by this and now its happening so often I'm getting used to it.  Lately I'm also hearing voices to tell me to look outside (weird =0) and overall it feels to me like someone is trying to tell me something.  I also get the overall impression that reality is changing somehow and all this is supposed to show me what its like!?  

I dunno what to make of it all.  I wish I could understand it better.  Maybe in time I will.  

Any opinions on these experiences would be helpful.

I often get tingling energy sensations running from the area of my heart at my spine up my neck, to my 3rd eye and especially strong in the crown.  Hands are a very strong area and feet sometimes as well.  Ive read about the chakra system and Im just wondering why I dont get the tingling sensations below the heart level where my lower chakras are.  

I get these sensations once or twice an hour when Im somewhat relaxed and not focused on working. Ive done some hand healing work with my girlfriend with great results.  During these sessions I seem to make a very strong connection from my crown to my hand.  Sometimes I loose feeling of my whole physical arm yet can still sense my arm.  Her legs where I usually work on can go numb with tingling sensations as well.

With all this I still dont seem to get too much happening below the heart area?  What am I doing wrong?

While having a good meditation session and increasing my energy to great levels my vision at the time becomes very distorted.  I like to meditate in front of plants and the plants go all wavy.  And seem more alive.

Why is this?

Im just wondering about my meditation posture.   From what I have read you are supposed to keep your back relatively straight.  Now the problem Im finding is that in order to do this you must use your stomach and back muscles constantly to hold you in this position.  Now Im wondering how does this effect the idea of trying to be totally relaxed?  HOw can my body become totally relaxed when my stomach and back are trying to keep my back fairly straight.?  In order to feel totally relaxed I end up being hunched over like Mr. Burns.

Also,  when going into the Lotus position the first leg you cross in, is that leg supposed to be the resting on the ground?  When I cross the 1st leg in then cross the second leg on top, that first leg is flat on the ground while the top leg is above the ground.  Is this correct?  Im also having a hard time keeping that second leg from not slipping out of itss position.

Any help would be appreciated

I've always been a very spiritual person. Not really religious, but I have always felt spirituality was a very big part of my being even when I was younger. I did not actively pursue this part of myself because it did not seem like I had the right focus during my earlier years and I was involved with other things that were at the forefront of growing up. Now I believe is the time for my journey.

I've always felt the sensation of energy within my body. The best way I can describe it is, moving from my limbs up towards the top of the body. Usually I can feel it sort of like entering my feet and hands and rushing up my torso and to the very top of my head. I've always felt this and I'm sure everyone does but I never really paid much attention until recently.

Within the last couple years I've started to notice certain things. Especially but not limited to, after smoking pot and maintaining a healthy diet, I noticed that I can control these sensations and I can also really intensify them. Recently, I sat down in front of some of my plants and meditated. I was able to increase my energy to a startling level. It was such an amazing experience. As I steadied my breath and concentrated on my plants and my energies, the flow was so strong that it felt like it was holding me up. My forehead right between my eye and the very top of my head were tingling with sensations. As I continued this I was staring at my plants and things started to look different. The plants started to sway. Things started to look like they were morphing. The plants looked like they were alive and breathing. When I saw this I was startled because it reminded me of another situation. It reminded me several years ago while I was on a mushroom trip! It was awesome! Then unfortunately my girlfriend came home and I was zapped out of the state I was in.

Another strange experience I've had is lying on the couch with my girlfriend. We were watching a movie and for some reason while lying close with each other my arm ended up along her hamstring area and my hand was cupped into the back of her knee area. After a few minutes I started to notice my arm was feeling strange. I could really feel my hand and arm concentrated with vibrations. I found this very interesting so I focused on it. I tried to increase the sensation in that particular area. After the sensation began increasing I started to loose feeling of my physical arm. I thought it was maybe a lack of blood flow or it was asleep but I found out it wasn't that. After a few minutes this all really started to amaze me so I asked my girlfriend if she feels anything weird along her leg area and the back of her knee where my arm was. Too my surprise she said YES! Then as I described what I was feeling she was startled and said she could feel that too. When she moved her leg away from my arm it would ago away almost instantly. But as soon as we went back in the same position it would happen again. We tried that several times. To tell you the truth it may sound weird but it almost felt like my arm was fusing with her leg.

Id like to hear what you have to say about these experiences? What they may be related to?

I have always had strange sleeping habbits.  Sleep paralysis, sleep walking etc.  Several times I have jumped out of bed feeling a presence in my room.  One time I saw an old woman in red at the end of my bed.  I was so freaked out by this I went to wave my hand at her to touch her.  At that moment she broke apart.  

Well thanks for listening.  Im on a new spiritual direction with my life.  I always knew I would end up at this point.
