Hi, this morning i just had a oobe since a long time ago.Had these vibration and all then got pull out from the feet and I was floating right above of my body, and was kinda hard to move when u dont feel ur leg anyway, this morning there were some visitor came to see my parent i could hear them talking while im sleeping. while i was projecting i went to the kitchen to see them but i didnt see anybody that was weird plus i was seeing in black and white. I decided to step outside of my house but suddenly everything changed from oobe to dream. I though there were no limit when u projecting like you decided when you want to wake up. so I was wondering if there were some tip/technique while u projecting to gain full control to stay in ap.

i would like to share something weird
yesterday i was sleepin then suddenly i oob i could feel i was floatin and those vibration were there too, i opened my eyes i saw 2 arms out of nowhere they grab my arms like someone tried to help me to float higher, but something tell me these arms were mine 
anyway i couldnt get higher because i woke up how sad
what do you think about this?

i was 5 or 6 year old it was my first day that i could see and be conscious that i am living i was in shock  like "where i am" for 2 sec then all my memory came up in my head except of the past of 6 year old only the name where i am living my mom n dad etc...then i keep doing the same routine

in the middle of the night i suddenly wake up above my bed and im turning so crazy like i was in a mixer, i couldn control anymove and i always scream like someone is torturin me then a few sec later everything stop n fading and i was on my bed with my heart beatin so fast...
when i scream its like i was in a dream the voice are just in my head but i know it wasnt a dream i could see the diferent
the craziest part is when im screamin while im tunring like a mixer i felt im not alone in my room.. maybe it just in ma head
it hapened eevrey month but right now i dont feel this anymore
any one have experience this or know what it is because im just curious
sometime i think im posede or alien makin fun with me lol :aliendance:

i heard that each chakra give you an ability like having high heart chakra give you more lucid dream or oobe and for some reason i got overactive heart and i lucid dream alots a week and i ihad few oobe experience in ma life but for the other chakra i dont know anything
is it true?

Dont know where to post this so i post there

Last year, i was sleepin on my bed when suddenly i had some vibration sensation all over my body i though i was beginin to lucid dreamin so i just leave the vibration. 10 sec later after the vibration i had some hardcore sensation dat i didn know wut it was then suddenly i got pulled out of my body, i was floatin over my bed, i tried to look at my legs but there were no legs, then i look at my arms they were light red oh and i had no body. i was shockin:o   i knew it wasnt a lucid dream, While i was floatin i was thinkin about a girl that suposed to be in ma school dat ive never talked to her(didn know why) then suddenly i just got teleported to that girl room, Iwas Like how the fukc i just did that,  while she slept i tried to make fun with her lol... . anyway People told me while astral or oobe u cant move thing but  in my story i could touched and moved an object it was a little box on a table maybe it was only my imagination.  Few sec later the girlz woke up in shock like she heard something, i was scare dat she could see me lol so i tried to wake up... then i woke up. All of this last approximately 40 sec
Few month later i went talk to her for the first time and i started to describe her room then she reply to me "How the hell u know my room "  now she think ima freak
