Welcome to Members Introductions! / Hello

Thought it would be polite to introduce myself so here goes.  My name is Danny (obviously), 26 yrs old, and I live in the pacific northwest (Washington).  I haven't projected yet but I'm currently learning phasing, just beginning to.

Any questions just ask. :D

I was reading the topic "Free Holosync® alternative available for download" in the Permanent Astral Topics section and I want to download the mp3 but when I copy the link into a browser I just get redirected to the Astral Pulse main page.  Is the file still on the server?  I would really like to try it out.

Thanks,
Danny

Welcome to Astral Chat! / Phasing
April 14, 2005, 17:26:06
I've been reading a lot about phasing, such as the "What is Phasing and how can I do it?" post in the Astral FAQ.  I feel that this method (if you can call it a method) resonates with my perceptions of the our existence so I've decided that this is the direction I want to take in my attempts at learning to OBE.

So my question is this: Does anyone have any tidbits of advice or anything that might help someone who is just learning phasing and has not yet had a conscious OBE?  Is there something you learned along the way that would have been really helpful had you known it when you were just starting?  I am really excited to learn this and of course want to avoid as many roadblocks as possible.

Thanks,
Danny

I'm trying very hard to have my first obe.  The problem is that I fall asleep soooo fast.  I literally will be out (asleep) within seconds.

I'm thinking of maybe getting up an hour early before work, going in another room and trying.  Unfortunately I already get up at 5am so I'm afraid if I get up at 4 I will just fall right back asleep.  Also, I've always been chronically tired so "getting more sleep" is not going to be a workable solution for me.

Here's my question:  Are there others out there that have this problem and have found methods that still work for them?  I'm very determined to do this. :?: :?:  :?:

Thanks,
Danny
