Ive had a couple of OBEs in the past where I have exited my body fine and I had fairly good vision.  However recently I have been getting the vibrations then I get the feeling as if I am leaving my body but I have no vision.  I then try to open my eyes and end up opening my physical eyes and Im back in my body again.

Is there any way to remedy this problem?

I had my second OBE last night.  It all began with a dream, as soon as I went lucid I began feeling the exit sensations and exited my body and came out beside my bed.

I looked at my hands and they appeared see-through. Fully consious of what was going on- I put my hand through a wall, feeling a slight pressure- the wall gave way and my hand pushed through, i pulled it back.  I then tried to go out of my window (which was closed with curtains drawn), I felt as if I couldnt move myself- I could only stretch my hands out. No matter what I did I couldnt go out this window.

When I made yet another attempt to exit the window I began falling down through my house very fast and ended up in a small enclosed room that was very well lit up (this room was not in my house but at the time I wasnt fully aware of this).  I tried to exit through the wall of this room but then everything changed and I got a third person view of me travelling to the moon.  Then I woke up feeling energised and tingly like my last OBE left me feeling.

Can anyone explain as to why I couldnt exit the window? and what happened after I fell through my house?

Whilst sleeping today i experienced the strangest thing that genuinely scared me. I was having a dream that felt very strange, it wasn't visual at all- I could just see black.  In the dream I thought I was driving with my eyes closed very fast down a straight road- I started to think in the dream- "how can I drive with my eyes closed whereas some people struggle with the regular way?"

Straight after I was thinking this, i felt my body kind of swaying slightly to one side- I thought I was veering off the road and was going to crash.  Then the swaying turned into a all over shaking feeling that quickly got very violent and I felt as if I was having a violent seizure.  At that point I was getting scared and forced myself to wake up.The feeling stopped almost as soon as I woke up. Is this the start of an AP? The vibrations?

I have tried to AP before on and off for about a year- not serious practice though, I probably only tried 3 or so times with no success and no vibrations at all.  Ive never experienced anything like this before.
