About 3 weeks or so after I began the NEW system, my body became sensative to energetic activity.  I began feeling what could only be described as bugs under my skin crawling around.

6 months have passed since then and I've discovered that ejaculation is the source of the problem.  I have confirmed the relationship of energy and semen in taoist scriptures.  I have managed to refrain from sexual orgasm and the effect has reduced to being very mild.

Here's the thing though.  The longer I refrain from it, the more my energy builds and builds.  I can feel more energy pumping through me and I am able to see auras better and better every day that passes.  However, once I get to a certain point, I can't even think about sex without losing energy.

Does anyone have any experience with this that could help me?  I would like to build my energy in this manner, but I don't want to refrain from sex.  I want to have my cake and eat it too.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.

I just got done reading through the possession section of psychic defense.

It seems I exhibit some symptoms and I was curious about people's opinions.

I have been getting muscular cramps in my left and right calves at night.  These are quite painful.

I experience a compulsive desire towards a lustful fantasy I will not mention.  
I do not feel this is part of me.

The day after I give in to said compulsion, I feel utterly fantastic.

When I starve myself of lust for elongated periods of time, I feel negative entities in me weakening and I become very depressed.

I constantly feel sparratic and spontaneous sensations in my genitals that feel like vibrating electricity.  I can also feel negative entity movement in there.

If I starve myself of lust for a long time, it is quite commen to feel a throbbing pain in my genitalia.  It hurts a lot.  It feels like a heavy painful pressure.

I also have dreams with snakes in them and dreams of me being chased or persued by evil nasties.

Sorry if this is all too much information, but I want to know if I'm possessed.

I'm just curious about this.

I have been using runes to purge myself of negative entities.

I don't believe this causes negative Karma, but just thought I'd see how people felt about it.

I know it can cause karma if you do reckless things with it like cast curses on people and things like that, but let's say the person in question is only using magic to purge himself of evil and improve himself and not to win the lottery or something silly like that.

So does using Magic give you karma or not?

Ok, I just tried Nita's Book "The Problem Solver's Alphabet" and it is making a huge difference.

As of 3 days ago, I was absolutely crawling with nasties that were tickling and  annoying me greatly.  At times I was having trouble typing it was getting so bad.

I only have a month's worth of experience in these matters and I picked up Nita's book and it was really easy to use.

As of now I have only used 2 different runes and done her techniques for a total of 40 minutes and already these things(negs) inside me are much weaker and are fewer in numbers.  They don't tickle nearly as much although they are still there.  I can certainly notice a huge difference.

I have been using Robert Bruce's Core Image reduction and New system along with Nita's book and I'm getting fantastic results.

I recommend this book to anyone having any neg related troubles.

As I have increased my energy sensativity, I can now feel something disgusting living in my left shoulder.  Surely it is responsible for my tension and pain in that area.

This "thing" is about the size of a giant cockroach (5 inches or so).  I can feel it buzzing under my skin and crawling around throughout the day.  I'm getting awefully sick of feeling this thing as you could probably imagine.

As of now I am feeding no desires, I can't tell if I'm weakening it or not.
I have tried the shower technique, running water, and pushing it out with energy and prayer.  It is lodged in there and it often causes sharp pain when I try to push it out, but for the most part it just buzzes a lot and it's really annoying.
