Hi!
I had a very odd experience this morning, can anyone make sense of this and help me to understand it?
When I woke up this morning, I laid in bed trying to recall the dreams I had last night. I started remembering them in very vivid detail. I closed my eyes because I got really sleepy, suddenly it was like I was in another world or something, and every thing and everybody I saw was going in super fast motion, I couldn't really make out who or what I was seeing, just so much speed! When I opened my eyes, I felt sick to my stomach, dizzy and had a LOT of anxiety. The anxiety kept getting worse, I started felling so bad that I was afraid I would have to go to the hospital; it was about 2 hours before it calmed down. I still feel it now but it's just a nagging anxiety I can deal with, but I now I can't remember my dreams at all, strange after remembering them in such detail at first.

I have had a few OBEs and frequently astral project spontaneously, usually upon waking in the morning. The thing I never could understand, though, was a certain thing that happens all the time where it seems like I'm watching a movie when I close my eyes and get comfortable and focused. I read the posting on Phasing - Yayyyyyy, it sounds exactly like what I experience!!!
