Well you see, i have never been able to actually project myself, i mean i've tried a few times but it never seems to work i seem to just fall asleep there lying on my bed. I have no clue what to do, i try to focus on my breathing but random things distract me like girls and things like that and random songs and thoughts... I'm sure you know what i mean.
Anyways, i've had a sudden urge to try again and i would like to know how to actually project, i mean like what i could do.. i know this seems like a hastle but i would like any suggestions if any of you out there could offer them, im really new to this whole OBE thing.
