From what I've read so far, the phasing model seems to posit an awareness within a continuum, existing in all phases simultaneously but "focused" on a particular one more than others, e.g typically F1.

In this model, what happens to awareness when we sleep? Why doesn't this shutdown of attunement in F1 not transition into a full awareness of F2, etc? Is there a decoupling with memory? When awareness is "lost" in this model, where does it go? And why don't we go with it? :-)

Curious...

I've been reading the FAQs and back posts --- generally  impressed with the Frank's phasing model's clarity and practical application. It reminds me of a very obscure work on the Internet from some years past, also from France, I'll include the link for those interested:

(scroll down past the bullets for the article)

It's particularly interesting to see the techniques being discussed for bridging the awareness from F1 to F2; shifts of perceptual centers and focus, mental run-down/seductions, Overlay glamours, etc. I have some more goodies to throw into this community toolkit which I hope to have time to post soon.

Merry meet
