TLC or some other education show should make Frank's theory into a 2 hour special or something. I think it would be cool to see his ideas on TV down the road.  It would probably change the way millions of people think... Maybe media would be to afraid to let it out to the public.. who knows hehe, thought it would be a cool idea.

Have you ever been in your bed either about to wake up or in sleep in the morning sometime, and you need to go use the restroom or get a drink or do something important. Then you go get the drink or use the restroom, and realize you hadn't even gotten up out of bed afterwards. You feel as if you've gone to the restroom and done your business or got up and got your drink. It feels completely real, but then you realize your still in your bed. I've had this happen to me before alot, anyone else have that happen to them?  What is it?  Is it just a thought, a dream, or are you projecting trying to get whatever it is..

Hi, this is my first post, i signed up to discuss this experience i just had. Ive been trying to ap for about a year on off... (mostly off lately) but as i was reading on the net i got motivation again to try and ap, so about 45 minutes ago i tried, I used a technique i read from someone on here, a process were you count 1-10 then 10-2 then 2-10 then 10-3 so on so forth.. i did this quite abit off 10 having to start over til finally my body was not numb, but i couldnt feel it.  I kept this procedure up for about 20 minutes until my body started to jerk a little.. just like small twitches, not sure if thats the vibration but i acted upon it, after about 5-10 minutes of the jolts i tried to picture myself grabbing a rope and pulling myself up, someone else was sitting on the other side of the room, motivating me.. or maybe that was me w/ a diff POV.. anyways I tried and i tried to pull myself up (not pshyically at all..)  and always felt the same peak feeling like, your almost there!(Also when i was at that point i felt a deep vibration or.. maybe pushing feeling in my head, my heart starting racing, and i got a little hot on my back and chest) For about 5 minutes but i couldnt get out.. I dont understand, is there some other sort of procedure i must use like trying to move myself some other way or... im confused kind of.  

I had another question to, most of you, when you right techniques you never mention any other things like.. sometimes my mouth will go so dry i have to swallow or (which ive gotten over) ill get an itch on my arm or something.  Should I ignore all that above ^ or just act upon it and swallow, scratch, move etc.. thanks for feedback
