Oh My!!  There is so much 'information' out there...so many 'truths' and 'gurus' all promising the answers to the big questions...

I have always avoided 'labels', I hate them.  I have read and studied so much on AP, practiced all kinds of things all with limited results if any.  My last 'projection' was last night through a dream (I've had loads) but when I comes to consciously 'projecting' it all goes 'breasts up'!

However, always - without fail - whenever I have shifted my awareness 'inside', noticed, listened, I have always and dramatic occurrences.  Pictures, voices, sensations...and like a plonk I have at this point I have tried to block these things in order to 'clear my mind'.

I have only very recently discovered the idea of phasing which describes completely what I do and feel when experience these dramatic results.  Now I am hungry.  I feel I've missed something that's been under my nose all the time. This is a big site and information on phasing is kinda scattered.  I have subscribed to Franks newsletter but can anyone tell me where on this site or others or in book form where I can study this in much more depth?  Is there a dedicated 'Phasing Forum'?

Thanks guys

Oh and by the way - fantastic site!  I wish I'd found this years ago!

All the best

I have to congratulate everyone involved with creating this place and all the members for making it what it is!  I have experienced many spontaneous OoBEs and now I find myself determined to learn conscious projection techniques.  After reading many of the posts here I feel here is the place to learn and share - and perhaps to have a larf sometimes...I have been to some 'similar' site where I'm sure smiling is frowned upon!  Anyways, I hope to learn, contribute if a can make some new friends too.

So thanks for letting me in and talk to you soon!
