I've been trying to astral project for a while now, but im still unsuccessful
but afew nights ago I tried meditating and all that... When i came to trying to exit my body, I felt like I was being crushed or being pushed from all sides and I found it difficult to breath.
Can anyone tell me wat this means or what happened? plz?
