Something to keep in mind is the following: with MP3 sound files, 64kbps is phone quality, 96kbps is cassette tape quality, and 128kbps is near-CD quality.

CD quality is in the range of 500-ish I believe.  I personally rip things at 320.  I can't stand things below 192.

And yes, you can tell the difference between 128 and 192 when you've been listening to 320 for awhile.

Basically, I'm all for better quality, even if it increases download time.

If it was in the most recent audio version I'll take the time to download it.

I would like to ask Eloheim to comment on the civilization of Atlantis, how it thrived and how it fell.  If they ask how it'll help spiritual progress, say that it'll help avoid past mistakes of judgment which distanced the connection(s) between man and God.  By 'distance', I mean the thinning the conduit of knowledge bridging them.

I would also like them to comment on the group entity Ra, who says that Free Will is a universal constant, whereas Eloheim says it is a rare occurrence.

That is the way to take all Channeling information.  Let the Questions and Answers build, and decide for yourself whether you trust the source (no matter what it is) or not.  If it is not a 'good' entity, a hidden agenda will reveal itself.

I recently purchased a book on this subject called "Rainbow Bridge by Phase", but I haven't read too much of it yet.

The basic goal of these teachings is to build a stronger connection to your higher self, but in addition to become your higher self.  Quite a goal to be sure, but worth striving towards.

Free will zones aren't a rare thing.

In some literatures it is called that, the so-called 'unconscious link to higher dimensions'.

Can someone look that number up in the bible?

Where would someone start?  There's tons of books within the bible with over 11 chapters.

What would you suggest be done to 'heal' the forum?

I did actually notice I posted at 10:11, but was thinking about my 10:13 time when I posted it.  I didn't stop to think that it was 11:11 eastern when I posted.

I think area 51 now could be only "for tourists", its no secret base if its famous in whole wrold..you might think what have happened in there before...
...i dont understand, its obious, if i had a secret base no one would even knew about it, and if it was discovoered i just kept it "secret" to get attention away from my real base..why so many people think that there is still something...?

Makes sense to me.  Most likely any top secret research would be done at a less 'popular' location.  All those guards and warnings could merely be there to convince people that something is there.

I'm not saying there never was anything there, only agreeing that there's probably not much there anymore.

Ask the Eloheim what they would do if they lived in the physical right now with all their knowledge retained, but with the limitations of the physical realm.  I ask this because I'm curious what sort of things they recommend in terms of personal spiritual development.

I doubt negativity can exist stored in a computer mainframe somewhere.  

So I ask: do you get this feeling from reading specific things or posts (maybe in a certain section), from certain people on the forums, or just the forums in general?  Obviously you still believe there is a point to coming here, or you wouldn't, thus implying you see good here among the bad.

Well, I can still theorize about it slightly.  The issues we have financially or materially only exist because we made them (where 'we' = society).  If society were to disappear, so would the problems.  I'm confused whether you're referring to just one person leaving, a large number, or everyone.

One of the things Robert Monroe said in his books is that beliefs are just that, beliefs.  You cannot truly know something until you have experienced it.

For instance, I'm sure there are many here who believe, KNOW rather, that they have been healed from great distance, or have sent the healing and known of the results.  There are people who believe them, there are people who doubt them.  Is this truly healing from elsewhere, channeled via good intentions and/or skill, or is it simply a placebo effect that healed them?

As with any path, there are stumbling blocks in addition to road signs pointing in the wrong directions.  If people never question their path, they run great risk of being on the wrong one.  Closed-mindedness (if that's a word) is indeed a danger, especially in a forum such as this one.  Personally, I think no metaphysics forum is truly complete without a few scholars of science in its midst to point at the road signs the majority follow and ask why.

I believe Dakairo is very wise.  The sad fact of the matter is you sort of have to pave your own way in the end.

One of the issues is that if some people use their natural technique they fall asleep, which is not what they're trying to do at the time.  I am not one of these people, but I've only have varying success with doing what I usually do to relax in bed (as opposed to using various relaxation techniques not associated with what I naturally do).

I would need more information about the 'going' to theorize about this.
