I was wondering if anyone has successfully activated their crown chakra and if they have what it felt like.  The other day after meditating mine went mad I could feel lumps inside my head pushing up towrds the crown in a circular motion and each lump made a cracking noise.

I had used Robert Bruces energy rasing routines for stimulating chakras from Astral Dynamics for about 3 months. That was about a year ago. Ever since I have occaisionally experienced some sensations in the third eye and crown chakra, including the odd strobe. Anyway a few nights ago i was trying to sleep and I could see bright blue and red swirls. I have seen these a few times before but this time they sort of formed into a circle with a moving 3D picture in the middle. it must have lasted for less than 10 seconds I have never seen anything like it before it was not like hypnagogic imagery it was more like a tv screen. Anyway I have been reading Astral Dynamics again  since the experience and couldn't believe it when I read the the bit about the strobe effect. I had remembed the bit about stobes but had totally forgotten that this can indicate the beginning of the clairvoyant vision screen. What I was wondering is has anyone else experienced this.

i had a really strange dream last nite about a woman whos husband was killed in the 1st world war. anyway 4 some strange reason she had 2 honor her husband she by letting scorpions, big ugly spiders and worms walk up her arm every day ang go under her big white wig every day and she was quite happy 2 do this unil this man told her that her husband was a fake and then they climbed under her wig and she was horrified and the wig was hanging off her head, then i dreamed that the scorpion was climbing up my arm and i thought it was going in my mouth, it was really freaking me out and i woke with a start cos it felt quite real but not lucid if u no what i mean. anyway does any1 else have really strange stupid dreams ?

just got back from graceland wow what an experience. been on holiday 2 nashville, memphis and new orlean's, what can i say it's the best holiday i've ever had. in fact it was so good i've booked up again[]

Last night i think i had my first proper lucid dream.
it was a nightmare i can't really explain what i mean it wasn't really like projection but it felt as real as a projection. at first i was lying in bed and my pet cats came up and starting scratching me all over my arms and shoulders and chest and i knew i covered in red marks and they were really bad.
thats when I woke but was paralised and found it slight strugle 2 regain control.(by the way i must mention that i have never found sleep paralisis that frightning cos it happens every time i project) anyway i drifted off again and i happened again i was in a dream and some1 threw a pint glass at me and it split my thumb and i felt pain in my thumb i can remember looking at my thumb and there was this horrible split in it with a piece of glass sticking out of it again i had 2 gain control of the pralisis. i'm not really disturbed by the dreams more curious as 2 y i felt pain in my thumb.

i must also mention that with my past few projections i have been experiencing blue swirls in front of my eyes this has never happened b4

please help me cos i'm really confused

The last few times I have projected i have experienced blue swirls in front of my eyes. i'm quite confused by this because i have been projecting 4 quite some time and have never experienced anything visual b4 a projection and can't understand y it's happening now
i was wondering has any1 else had experienced this. and another thing is this only happens with morning projections.

I had a very hazy projection last nite and i was aware that i was clenching my teeth 2gether really tightly this may have been during or after the projection i'm not sure cos it was really confusing anyway i became aware that my teeth were clenched 2gether so thightly that they mite drop out i then remember checking my teeth 2 c if they were slack and all my bottom teeth fell out? that bit was really freaky i really remember that bit cos it seemed really real
thats the last thing i remember till i recalled it in the morning
anyway i was wondering if anyone else has this problem with clenching their teeth 2ogether when they project i have experienced often with previous projections but have never been so aware of it

i was lying on my bed practising consious projection last nite and after about 20 min i got a feeling in the top of my head and i remember thinking in my semi-consious sleep state that i must have my head pressed against the wall cos thats what if felt like??
T his has happened 1 b4 has any1else had this feeling

Has anyone ever heard voices just b4 they project. The last time i projected i heard a womans voice, I can't remember what she said exactly but it was something like "close the bloody door" like a mother shouthing at her kids or something. at the time i remember thinking that i must have left the tv on but i hadn't has anyone experienced anything like this?

This might sound a bit odd but u know the awareness exercises in astral dynamics used to activate the chakras and stuff. Does anyone use there eyes 2 control the awareness action cos i do aand it's giving me eye strain i was doing these exercises about 4 months ago and i had 2 stop cos me eyes were hurting all the time. i have just started again and me eye r killing already
