Due to circumstances beyond my control, I have to cancel (at this late date) my attendance at the Robert Bruce astral travel workshop at the Feathered Pipe Ranch, Montana, USA, July 3-10. Hi all, Just thought you metaphysical maniacs would enjoy this.
This weekend I was invited to a house on a major energy vortex. The living room in the middle of the house is surrounded by archways, and the owners say each one is a portal to a different dimension, and one goes directly to Atlantis, where the owners have travelled often. The dining room table is a slate for messages the spirits leave. The owners wipe the table with a sponge soaked in dish soap and then we all leave the room. When we come back, there's printing in the soap scum. Often, lots of it. I got a special message that used my spirit name, given to me in a sweatlodge years ago. No one there knew of it. And no human was doing the writing.
The messages have been coming for about a year. Many say we must start forming communities of people who are working together, manifesting with thought, to create a new world. We can all be doing "what makes our hearts sing" they insist, not just working for someone else, in boredom or indifference, living for retirement, a pension, and then dying.
The spirits (it all started with the owner's father leaving messages after he passed over) say as we learn to use focused thought, the universe will rearrange itself to our intent, or end result, but we must be working for the good, for abundance for all.
I tried travelling within the archways, but I was too excited to get calm enough to travel. Will try again in the future, after I get over my excitement over this manifestation.

I'm not being a pollyanna here, but think about this: we all know how powerful thoughts are. If you direct your anger in forums, then you are thinking negative thoughts about target people. They will rise to your expectation. Just like a teacher who expects good students will get them, and a teacher who expects mayhem, gets mayhem.
Check your angry, damaging thoughts, and change them to reflect the highest self your target can rise to. And, they will respond. Ask in the good energies to help you change the situation.
In the bigger picture, this is what saving this planet is all about. Fearing, controlling people can change the way they think. We can help them to do that with our collective thought that honours the highest. At the end of the day, no one wants more pain ...
And, anger gives you a false sense of strength. Heal whatever it is inside that makes you angry. What pushes your buttons, and why? What happened to program you?
We can all change. Be like an orange full of only love, even when you squeeze it, love still comes out.

Awright, other people have mentioned this, but let's put some action behind our words. I, Moontingle, offer my 160 acres in pristine, awesome-energy, peaceful northern Canada for a spring AP workshop. All of you, who post often and are sincere about your progress, please come, Fly, drive, whatever, just use your powers of conscious creation to get here. I have tipis to stay in; a wooden, all-season tipi for the workshop, a wonderful willow sweatlodge, drums, trees, flowers, sunshine, clean air, solitude to offer for this meeting of the minds (and spirits). I could get some wild meat to feed people and we'll just make do with what we can. We'll have a flexible agenda to let whatever happens, HAPPEN.
BTW, I used to offer workshops on my land, called "returning to spirit" but I got burned out. So, I know a bit about the preparations and details about putting one on. I guarantee this low-cost workshop will advance your progress in one, huge, magnificent quantum leap. We'll create incredible thought forms and take much back to our own communities.

What was my moment of love??? That I remember best.

It ain't sexual, or anything. but this is what comes to mind. I was skiing, and I'm not a good skiier. All of a sudden, everything clicked and I was skiing like a downhill racer. jUST LIKE i WAS A PART OF SOME BIG COSMIC DANCE. I looked up, the snow was sparkling, the sky was robin's egg blue, and I knew the Great Mystery, or the Great Spirit, loved me and ALL WAS WELL AND UNFOLDING AS IT SHOULD. I couldn't do anything wrong!!! It was a transcendental moment. I've never had one like it since. But I do feel love, lots.

You know that theory that when you were on the other side, waiting to reincarnate, you looked down to find parents who would help you grow and then reincarnated in the womb of the mother, along with your father's help, and they would teach you lessons.
     You know, so many of us are traumatized by what our parents did, or didn't do, so it's a big deal, it does have an effect on our lives.
Whether you hate or love your parents, do you think you chose them and why? And right or wrong, they did bring you into this world...
     My mom is native american Indian and my dad is Swiss. I don't know how they ever got together. My dad is cheap, cheap, and pretty serious, always wondering how to make money, and my mom would cook for the whole world and have huge parties regularly, if she could.
Yet, they get along. They love each other. They had some huge fights in their younger days, and I thought mom would walk out a few times, but she never did. And now, they're growing old together and I don't know what my dad would do without her.
Oh, and I do love them. They're cool.

Following in the steps of the Chinese food thread, now, admit what foods you like that aren't good for you, but that you eat a lot, or wish you could eat a lot of?

For me, it's a nasty cup of instant International Foods Orange Cappacino, really, most days I like it better than a real cup of brewed Starbucks, (weird, eh?) and a big slice of toast (on homemade bread)with strawberry jam on it.

And, when I make my son Kraft Dinner (oh, I hate to admit this) I steal a few spoonfuls when it's hot and creamy. ANd it actually tastes great! There, I've said it. I've come clean.

Oh, and my husband likes plain crackers with mustard, Ewww!

And all you Aussies, do you really eat vegemite???

I'm back from the frozen north. Man! I rode on a dogsled up the Mackenzie River. If you check your atlas - I think it's the biggest river in Canada up in the Northwest Territories. Almost froze my face off, though.
 I learned from my aunt we are capable of so much [], based on what her Dene (a certain nation of Aboriginal people) can do regarding shape-shifting. Of course, it does take a strong mind, and spirit help, she says.
 She told me a story: a hundred years back, the Dene would meet periodically to celebrate some great thing, and they would dance the Tea Dance. Picture a huge central fire lighting up the night sky, and drummers chanting, people dancing around the fire with the beat. After three or four days of this, the energy is really heightened, because the medicine people urge everyone to dance and pray, and think good thoughts as they dance.  
 Usually on the fourth day, the people with powers would start a game. They would perform magical feats and try to outdo each other. One man might change into a hawk and fly across the river, and in his human body, he would call to the others from the other side of the water. A woman might change into an elk and trumpet her song. So, it seems they were easily able to shift bodies and the people could see them.
  Power songs seem to figure heavily in the Dene world of magic. My aunt's grandmother used to travel large distances across the mountains while she sang her medicine song. If you saw her, it would look like she was skiing above the snow, moving fast.
  It seems every living thing has a sacred song except human beings.

Got ya! Topic title was a teaser ...(what can I say, I was in the advertising biz, once.) The "experience" is all about meeting a new member of Astral Pulse. Taking a cue from Lady Eowyn, I'd first like to say Namaste and welcome to you, Lady, and introduce myself. I've been lurking around the site and forums for a couple of weeks, posting here and there, but am new to all this, too. I believe a proper introduction is in order.
Greetings! Much light to you all. I come at all of this metaphysical stuff from a Native American approach, a shamanic approach. I'm a writer who is reaching back to the 1700's and tracking the lives of my great-grandmothers for a historical novel. I'd like to thank Robert Bruce and his associates for this site, because since I hit on it, my life is ascending in a delightful way.  The visits I am having with my oldest grandmother have been amazing and the information is rushing in. In fact, with this site and other undertakings, the big task is not to become overwhelmed by all there is to learn about.
 
PS. Ever visited a sacred site? Stonehenge, Uluru, Ancient Medicine  Wheels, Angel Falls, Jim Morrison's grave in Paris (kidding!)? Old Tibetan saying: A day spent at a sacred site is equal to 1,000 days of meditation.

Seriously, I heard of a woman who had an entity to do her housecleaning. I don't know her contact info to see if it's true, but I wonder if anyone else has heard of this and would it be safe to have such a thing in your home? Or are you playing around with fire to enslave an entity? Is it ethical? Sounds like a great idea ... entities to brew your beer, mow your lawn etc. Can anyone shed light on this?

I once knew of an old Native elder who could change into a black dog and run to meetings etc. when he was late. How is it possible to be in the astral and take physical form? Do you just create the animal's body or do you use an existing one?

Aside from our evolution, what about universal energy and, of course, thought and prayer? Universal energy is speeding up and so is more responsive to our thoughts. Antoine Bovis, European scientist, talks about Bovis units, as a measurement for the energy of people. In his time (1900's) a healthy person registered 6500 Bovis Units, today many healthy people register at 18 to 20 thousand Bovis Units of overall physical energy.
So, personal action becomes increasingly important in these times to effect positive change. In Power Vs. Force, David R. Hawkins purports a single person with high integrity can put a positive spin on the energy of 600 lower-level thinkers.
Personally, I refuse to see the negative, despite physical appearances, because energy follows thought. And I'm not being naive about this.

Aren't we talking about the definitive, archetypical battle here? The good: people open to this intervention in the interest of the greater good (spirituality) versus the bad: greedy, close-minded people bent on maintaining and gaining more personal power?

There's more, too! Bear and Dianne, the owners of the house, are acting according to spirit directions. The spirits say they have transmitted messages to various people over time, but no one ever did anything about it. They spread the messages, all right, in books and talks, but never took steps to start these communities. Bear and Dianne are. They foresee communities that are the result of people working together, not arguing about who owns what, or wasting time organizing things, but acting with open hearts and letting go of old patterns we have been led to believe are truth. In fact, the spirits said this system, with people rushing around working and worrying about money, filling their spiritual void with drugs, alcohol, video games, and all manner of distractions, is total illusion. Complete and total. God meant us to be stark, raving happy in an abundant world -- heaven on earth. Now is the time to take action and not be afraid of quitting that job etc. to do what "makes your heart sing." Don't worry about the money, they say, it will come if you're committed enough to do what you want to do.
Oh yeah, they also said the school system we have for children is not long for this world, something much better will replace it as we trust this is a magical, spiritual world where we can create whatever we want. That makes me happy, my son (10 years old) just hates school. He is so bored.

Hi Moon, I just wanted to give you a little background on what has been happening over the last year.
We bought a house west of Calgary, by Bragg Creek last December. While we were living there we began to receive communications from people that we know that are passed on to the spirit world. We have a rather large document now and more than thirty people have been to the house to see the writings and converse with the spirits. We also came to learn this year that the rather large vortex there at the house also allows us to travel quite easily from there as, there are many portals there in the house. There are 16 archways in the center of the house and each is a portal. We can and  have traveled forward, back and into the present. We also can travel to Atlantis from there. We have been bringing people to the house over the last year and recently began to bring in groups to read the table and  travel. We are open to meeting new people and sharing what has been happening in our lives.   What we plan to do at Francis' place is to share our story and what we've learned and from there we will be booking groups to go to the house to experience it for them selves. Just received the price - between $1399 and 1499 U.S. That's steep but it includes great food and lodging, etc. etc. And it is a beautiful place. It's about twelve hours from where I live, too.

Just heard from India, they will have the pricing tomorrow. She says they're already getting lots of response, so we should register early. Sounds like it's already getting off to a roaring start.

I'm hoping to do a sweatlodge ceremony at Feathered Pipe with a friend of mine, so we can offer that to everyone. Facilitators were interested in having one in Wales at Bruce's Nov. workshop, but it was too late to organize it.

I'm a writer, and I love it, but I also work with clay. I spent today making dragons, for a big fantasy artshow coming up. One of the dragons is smoking a french cigarette and drinking a martini. Classy dragon.

Anyway, did you read about Robert's latest workshop announced for the United States? In Montana, yet. I can actually drive there in about twelve hours. And it's at the Feathered Pipe Ranch which is amazing , but pricey . Oh, well, why not study with a master when you get the chance, eh?

It's just, I'm fairly new to this sight and don't know the entire gang, so I faked it and, without a doubt, was going to leave out someone, which was not the intention. I also forgot our resident telekinesis expert, beavis ... sorry. With apologies, I include everyone else in the etc. etc. part. You know who you are!!!
So, back to the idea of getting together. I'm getting help from ender to get out of my body, so soon I'll get to astral island and maybe I won't be wanting a physical chance to meet everyone so intensely.
Still, we are an extraordinary group of "fringe dwellers" and so we should be able to do some extraordinary undertakings with our talents. Anybody read James Redfield's "Shambala" where a community has discovered the potential of prayer-fields? If I ever need help, I'm falling back on my astralpulse friends 'cause you guys know how the world and beyond really works. I just think community is so important and we must transcend the miles, somehow.
You know, other associations have delegates' funding, scholarships and grants to have gatherings like this: they have money to pay for people to attend meetings. Why can't we do that?

Yes, atalanta, you must come to Canada when it's right for you. It's a great place, lots of wide open space and freedom. We are relatively close to the incredible Rocky Mountains. When you come, bring a didgeridoo, and I'll play my wooden flute. We'll create trance music. Okay, I know Canada is far away and that means $$$$ for plane fare, then how about somewhere in the northern States? Let's do it people. Let's put our resources together and see what we can create!   Mustardseed, you were talking about getting a gathering together, right? But I still offer my remote place for an amazing, nature-imbued experience. Moose and bear crossing the property, grouse doing their mating dance, eagles and cranes flying above the house ... incredible.

Ender, thanks for that. You see, your advice demonstrates a way in which we could do some "self-teaching". And if we got more people actually together, we'd make a lot of progress. I'm thinking this way because, like some people have stated, AstralPulse is in a new phase. A lot of the old, accomplished AP'ers and poster's have moved on, so we need more people actually teaching the newbies. If you think one mind is powerful, try 20 focused on the same thing. It might help a lot of us out (literally!) And we could do so much more by networking.
And this $$$ thing. Don't we have people on this site who realize money is just energy? Which we are all learning to raise. I have made money appear when I needed to go somewhere. It's like "how bad do you want it?" Think abundance, ABUNDANCE. If you let more money out, you create space for more to come in. Don't think of it as leaving you, you're making room for more. We are conscious creators. The great sages have said "Let's have a gathering" and the workers say "but we have no money" and the guru says, "never mind, it will come. Just start planning it."  And sure enough, some "concidence" occurs and there is money. We must have "rich" thinking and know we are worth receiving $$$'s to do good things. I think going to an AP workshop is good use of dollars.
Have you heard of a potlatch? In western Canada they still do this. A family will give away everything. And next season, in a ceremony, they get back twice as much. It's faith.
I will give much to have people come here and bless my land. I wish I could charter a jet to pick you up! I must admit I haven't been too focused on money, or jets, lately, so I can't do it at this time.(heh, heh)
But, if we all put our thoughts together, just maybe...

BTW, how do we meet on the astral plane if some of us can't get there yet?

Wait a minute, will you help me out? And we'll see if it works? What time zone are you in? How is next Sunday night at 9pm Mountain Standard time. If you, and anyone else who wants to help, will send energy out, maybe you'll get me out of this body! I know I've got a ways to go. Maybe we should start doing some orchestrated exercises like this to help people. An AP dream team, kind of thing. I think it will really help.
Maybe this has been suggested before, but let's have a go again.
One last thing: I practice at least an hour each day, with NEW, binaural sounds, meditation, sitting outside in nature, etc. I'd just like to see if I can feel your energy. Bright blessings,

That's exactly what I meant Twsted, you raised your sisters. Wow! I am having a hard time raising my one son, and you raised two kids. And it sounds like they love you. there's a bigger picture here, and you may still have a lot more to gain from what you experienced as a child, the lack of having someone watch over you. Sounds like you had to grow up pretty quick. And hmmm. My dad used to drink, but having a drug dealer for a dad; man you could have followed him right into the pit, but you didn't. You are choosing a better path, for you and your sisters. You should give yourself credit for that!

I think I picked my parents to learn about being open-hearted. My dad is totally closed down, but my mom is open and loves people. I see the contrast and I don't want to live a small life worrying about money.
