Messages - Kenshi

This message is specially for you...

This message is to those that may still value the illusion that "the system" as we know it, is life. My dear friends, the system is merely a virtual ego, a tool for survival, how ever, it now seems to survive on us. Look how it rapes your children.

Children, so pure, so conscious. It is the children that know that the wind is there for them, to strike trough their hair. It is the children that know that the sun's gentle warm touch is touching them because they're beautiful. It is the children that know that the rain is there for them to wash all the dirt away.

Our children, are wise my friends, they learn from life it self. They use all their senses to learn, they observe, feel, hear, sense, touch. Life it self is their teacher, willing to educate them to be the wisest loving beings walking this planet. But then you come in, you who so unawarely mistakes the system for life. You who mistakes your child's purity for immaturity. You make it go to school, so the dear child may only focus on one point, the child no longer gets educated by life it self, but by the system instead. The child must improvise now, the system only offers the child limited paths, no longer the world. The system tells them it is bad to be a child, the child should "grow up" and "mature". Children dislike this, this goes against humanity's true nature. And what does one do when a child expresses that it's being suppressed? The dear beautiful child gets punished, yes, punished. You punish the child for being pure, you punish your child for telling you the truth, humanity is no longer free. We have become slaves of our own system, we think having a job, making money is living... No my friends, that is merely a sad, sad life situation, but not to be mistaken with life it self. You are not your possessions, you are not your name, you are not your title, you are not your education, you are not your status, you are not your amount of money. Listen to your children, they will show you that all of us are still children.

Go, and educate your children how you see fit, but remember these words always.

Love,

A conscious child.

Welcome to Spiritual Evolution! / The Awakening

The Awakening...

We all had this question at least once in our minds. What and who are we? Many children ask their parents this, many parents offer the child's name as a doubtful answer. Is this true? Are we merely a name, a title, born to be a label, a label to be forgotton as soon as you die? The answer to that is clear and simple... NO.

The reason I have written these words is because so many people are denying their selves. Denying our spiritual capabilities, our true consciousness. I am a fellow equal human being, showing you the part of you your ego-mask/mind has denied for such a long time. I'm merely here to write helping words.

Yet, what about multiple truths? Isn't it true that different truths apply to every unique person? Yes, that is indeed true. Yet there are truths we all share. You can see life as a tree, it's twigs are our life situations and the leafs are our truths. But still, we all share that truth, the truth that we all come down to the tree and it's roots. A truth we all share. A good every-day example is progress. We all learn everyday, we learn, we teach, consciously or not. We all do it. I'm here to share such a truth with you, a truth we have been denying and blinding our selves from, our spirit selves.

"René Descartes... I think, there for I am."
Descartes sure succeeded well in expressing the biggest illusion ever into words. What you truely are is beyond that of thinking, words, titles, labels. One is not the thinker, one is the spirit. Let us now focus on identifying with one's true self.

As I stated before, one is the spirit, not the thinker, mind nor the ego-mask. One might wonder " yet why are we able to think? Why do we have minds then?" This is a good question. I will refer to the thinker and ego-mask as mind from now on. We have the mind to express our selves into this world, to interact with it, to import information from it. The mind gives us a sense of fear and pain, this is merely for the protection of our physical bodies. Yet it's lust for protecting it self went so far that it blinded us from the truth, it blinded us from our true Selves, to stay in total control, the mind is focused on the destruction of others. Competition is a threat, even others their existence and opinions. Just look at the world today, people at war, people fighting over religionary believes, people fighting over their truths, fighting over total control and domination, for fame and material wealth. Those who have a more peaceful mind don't necessarily fight physical but express their confusions in a verbal way. You've probably noticed it, even when it comes down to a discussion the mind becomes enraged, it becomes enraged because the discussion partner is trying to prove that person's mind wrong on a subject. Being wrong for the mind is like being defeated from a bloody battle. Not many are able to admit that they are wrong, less experienced or weaker on a subject.

Do you want to get out of this continuous struggle? Then let us now continue to the path to your spiritual consciousness. Observe your thoughts, observe what they say and what they want. Yet, don't comply with them nor interfere with them. Just observe them. Incase you're still skeptical, and still believe you're the thinker, producer of thought, then ask your self, who is the one observing the thoughts? It is you. Feel the center of concentration coming from within your belly, feel that that feeling is observing the thoughts. Identify with that feeling, you are that feeling, you are the spirit, the spirit which is observing the thoughts made by the mind. Breathe deeply trough your belly, let the air given by nature bring your consciousness back to your true self. Feel the warmth taking place within your belly, feel it's love. Feel the true passion of Being. Are you still having trouble with all this? No worries, do not expect great results on the first few attempts. Do not expect at all. Expectations are coming from the mind, a lust for what is want to be gained in the near future. Learn to live Here and Now. Live on the moment. Practice from time to time, meditation is a great way to make the realizations about the true Self. Meditation is to focus, without any thoughts bothering you, it is to be totally calm and relaxed. Focus on your true Self, the spirit, focus on that warm feeling within your belly, focus it spreading all over your body. Keep on breathing well, deep inhales, deep exhales. Feel you being in your body. Meditate like this for several times a week for like 15 to 30 minutes or more if you can (practice makes it possible to spend days in meditative state.) When you open your eyes, feel that you are looking trough them as you are looking trough a window. Notice that you feel all refreshed, energized and calm. To support the awakening simple things can be applied in daily life. Like saying when in need of food; "my body needs food" instead of "I am hungry" or when the body needs sleep say "my body is tired, it needs to rest" instead of "I'm tired". As you are looking trough your eyes, see the world from the spirit self. Observe it like you haven't done before.

The mind will completely dislike the realizations you have made, for it will lose control. It will try to hurt you. It will try to make you depressed, to make you hate your self. It shall try to influence you with negative thoughts and emotions. Do not comply with these thoughts, it is just the mind trying to strike back. Observe your thoughts with a smile, do not interfere. Interference with the mind is like providing fire with wood. This fase is actually the hardest part. The mind will create all types of negative emotions, always keep observing. See the mind as a young spoiled child. It is unknowledgeable and mortal. You have lived many lives, the mind not even one. Smile upon the mind, for it is a child which knows nothing but lust for control. To fight the mind is like fighting fire with fire, the result is merely a bigger fire, this goes for everything in life. Learn to answer all negativity with positivity, even in daily life.

It is very important that you will learn to forgive. To forgive your self and other people. Having wrath is merely an expression of the mind. Having wrath will continue making one feel bad, no one will grow from it. Acceptance too is a very important element. Accept the fact that the mind is there, do not fight it. Learn to accept what and who you are, learn to accept how the world is, accept how people are, if you like them or not. Not accepting them will only bring frustration and a form of struggle, it shall help no one, it is not an answer merely a denial. Accept the fact that other people experience life in different unique way.

Always remember, negativity is not to be answered with negativity. It is like painting, having black paint as a complete cover, and wanting to achieve a white color, painting black on black won't result as the desired color, merely black.

I wish you the best of luck with the journey to your true self.

Greetings, love and peace!

Just a little something I wrote :).

In a time...

In a time where a society exists where peace is denied in all of it's ways...
In a time where difference between people is a reason to hate...
In a time where spiritual teachers are mocked as cheap clowns...
In a time where spirituality is nothing but a cheap magic trick....
In a time where someone's tears make the other person smile...
In a time where our daily system is confused with life...
In a time where ignorance is mistaken for bliss...
In a time where a child's wisdom is seen as lies and it's purity for immaturity...

Welcome to Astral Chat! / Chinese Fable
February 03, 2004, 03:20:03
My Aikido sensei e-mailed me a nice story with great moral value. I wanted to share it with you people.

Chinese Fable

A water bearer in China had two large pots, each hung on the ends of a pole which he carried across his neck.

One pot had a crack in it, while the other pot was perfect and always delivered a full portion of water.

At the end of the long walk from the stream to the house, the cracked pot arrived only half full.

For a full two years this went on daily, with the bearer delivering only one and a half pots full of water to his house.

Of course, the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments, perfect for which it was made.

But the poor cracked pot was ashamed of its own imperfection, and miserable that it was able to accomplish only half of what it had been made to do.

After 2 years of what it perceived to be a bitter failure, it spoke to the water bearer one day by the stream...

"I am ashamed of myself, because this crack in my side causes water to leak out all the way back to your house."

The bearer said to the pot, "Did you notice that there were flowers only on your side of the path, but not on the other pot's side?

That's because I have always known about your flaw, and I planted flower seeds on your side of the path.. Every day while we walk back, you've watered them. For two years I have been able to pick these beautiful flowers to decorate the table.
Without you being just the way you are, there would not be this
beauty to grace the house."

Moral:

Each of us has our own unique flaws. We're all cracked pots. But it's the cracks and flaws we each have that make our lives together so very interesting and rewarding. You've just got to take each person for what they are, and look for the good in them.

Blessings to all my crackpot friends and relatives.

I guess a great source of this fear is that humans always assume they are going to be saved, but deep down we realize this is not so.

Personaly, I did quit my current education (IT Media Production) just recently and am going to study martial arts and traditional chinese medicine instead. I know that with this path that I now have recently chosen, that I might not have allot of money to survive on, I'm aware of this. But when I realize how happy it makes me, to be just me, to do what makes me feel so alive, I realize no amount of money can pay for that feeling.

Yes, I might have to become a cleaner or another simple job to make extra money, but atleast I have chosen, a free choice. Not an improvisation. The system makes us improvise, but does not offer us free choice. On a certain level I feel proud that I have found the courage within me to step lose from what the system had in mind for me.

Freedom is a property of humanity's true essense, which is why many think "humans are naturaly lazy". No, working for things like money, a status, etc. is just not our natural way of being. Just look how that fact is trying to tell us that, trough stress, burnouts, heart attacks, depressions, frustrations, hatred, etc.

Deep thoughts there friend :).

It reminds me of a sentence which came to me in a meditation "let your heart and soul be your teacher (guru) and life it self your school."

To my personal experience, once one ended inner dualty and unites all fighting parts within him and lay down the weapons, one becomes one with his entire being. Later on, as one progresses further one will notice he starts to feel what other people feel, he feels one with his surroundings, he will notice we all share the same emptiness. This is as far as I got, but then got slapped in the face with disbalance :). I wonder how far one can develop his awareness.

I actualy learned this way of meditation trough spiritual contact :). Meditate via the heart chakra. Observe both ego-mask (the thinker) and the spiritual self (the feeler) via the heart chakra. Feel love and acceptance for both, accept that both are a part of your current flesh-being. By this, inner dualty will be ended. One will realize that you don't have to fight, lay down your weapons and embrace. This my friends, results to the best feeling I've ever experienced so far. A state where there are no thougths,no struggle, just pure love :).

Why not? Consciousness is all about how you precieve "time". To me, when I meditated on the 4th level is felt as  time is "circel" instead of our physical linair awareness.

4D, is that not a state of consciousness?

if our past lives are affecting this one, do to the eternal now, shouldent we also feel the effects of Future lives as well? if they are all part of the eternal now, why do we tend to be aware of past lives more then future? im not doubting anything, just trying to sort it all out.. the eternal now Definatly has me thinking. more then usual..hehe if anyone has any input, please express your thoughts.

Time is circel :). Yet, our physical consciousness think of time as linair. When you become more spiritualy conscious you'll notice that sometimes you take a little look outside the linair time view. Some like to call it "deja vu" :).

Eckhart Tolle is a great man, thanks to him I was able to put more trust in my views and experiences :).

About having the mind as your friend. For months I was just conscious as spirit, total oneness, no thougths came (unfortunatley I'm quite unbalanced right now). I figured the mind was indeed a tool for survival, a tool for interprenting information and physical interaction, from how I see it, this is what the true mind is about.Yet, there is this "second mind", the maker of thougth and doubt. You have probably experienced it before, in a test of example. "Choose answer A or B" first mind says: "A", second says "no, it's probably B!", later when you look back, you say to your self "man! I knew that one!" I bet all of us have experienced an alike thing.

This "first mind" is the consciousness which connects our physical being to our spiritual being, a bridge from spiritual to physical, atleast, that's how I've experienced it. The second mind seems to be the producer of thougth, doubt, emotion, etc.

When you observe the second mind, feel that the content of the thougths are already made before they where even expressed in words or emotion, a funny thing to experience :).

"Deja vu" :).

Are you being human by controlling... or are you ignoring the laws of the universal balance?

Human you will always be. Try not to control, nor suppress your emotions. Let them be, just don't identify with them, as if they are someone else's. The fire will die, because it will have no air to feed on.

It's about trusting life to take you where you should go. And no, acording to my experiences life is not a test, but a lesson to be learned. We live the choices which our spirits have made before we where born, so the spirit-Self may learn from the experience. This is why trust plays a big role.
