When you are logging in, there is a box under the password box, which says something like "Log me in automatically on each visit" - tick it. I did so, and I'm always logged in.

I think you should relax a little more before trying to exit, because the fact your muscles are tense means you haven't relaxed enough. Your heart might be beating faster because of excitement - or, it might even be not you physical heart but your hear chakra, so ignore the feeling, if I may say so.   Your sensations are quite normal, so don't worry.

I suggest you cover your ears with something, not to hear the noise - or, get up for a meditation very early, if you can, when there are no cars in the streets yet. Relax more. Stick with the technique you are using now, if you like it, I found it quite good (that's just my opinion    ).

This way you will be more likely to enter deep trance and sleep paralysis, from which it is easier to initiate projection.

Mine means "Werewolf", or, to be more precise,  "Wolf's eyes" in Latvian. Dunno, I've always associated myself with wolves.

So, how to explain, chatzin... During meditation, when you're in trance it is normal that you can se sudden an very real images, hear sounds, feel touches... Basically, that's the hypnogogic state. Nothing to be afraid of, although these images and sounds can scare the poo out of those who haven't experienced them at all.  

I say this basing on some researches done concerning left-handedness. You can find plenty of information about this, just google for it.

However, such researches are always questionable, and this is just a theory of mine.  

Ok, then I got it wrong.  

Plain and simple, seems that I'm going nuts.  

The more I meditated and tried for an OBE last night,, the more intense became the feeling I have wings. Sounds crazy enough, huh?  

What is more, I could feel them very well as an actual part of my etheric body, move them, feel them touch my etheric hand, etc...

So, how sane I am?

As far as I know the bwg presets and binaural beats as such are to be listened with headphones, using the left bud for the left ear, and the right - for the right one.

But consider this - if a person is left handed , then it means his brain hemispheres are mirrored - the left one works as the right one, and the right - as the left.

Shouldn't then the left handed people listen binaural music with the right headphone bud in their left ear and the left - in their right to make sure the presets function properly?
