I have had a several more out of body experiences. Though confusing to me is at times I meet my best friend Jonathan. Walking around and talking to me. As well as another man whom was telling me to remain out of my body. Why am I seeing people in this fashion?

Sustaining your time outside of your body wont cause death. Your connected to your body at all times even if you don't see the silver cord. It just means you can last longer in the astral world...

Mmm that one I do feel abd for him. However mentioning that kind of subject  isnt a good thing...
I'm not sure what i would have done  in that situation myself... maybe have helped. But I cant really say since i wasnt there.

In the astral world isnt it not based on time?
Given that in the astral anything is possible.
We set up our own limitations. Not the astral.

Real or not he is a amazeing being.

The more visits the greater your relaxation will be with this world. The more relaxed you are the longer you can stay.
Just enjoy the astral world for what it is and be patient.

I have been doing heavier astral training
A few days ago i experienced my first out of body experience
It was wonderful and i realized there is nothing to fear
It feels more natural then i thought was possible

As i felt my body separate i was in bliss as I felt myself lift into the air. I felt closer to reality then I thought was possible. The room however was lit brightly. It was dark in the room when I snapped back to my body. I also didn't see my body nor a silver cord... I was curious as to why this is. A friend of mine whom has had a good amount of astral experience said my body was probably overlooking it so I wouldn't be shocked and snap back. I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience? If this is true to your own personal experience.

I have been pursuing all things spiritual and especially lucid dreaming for some time now.
I haven't succeeded many times but I have had brief dreams in which i became lucid. I absolutely love it. I also have been trying to astral project but haven't come to a very successful one yet.

Hey Fade,  I see occasional writing in text pop up as well.  Only its in english! haha  If you keep practicing noticing images that pop up.. you'll be able to hold that state longer.  I sometimes see images pop 20 seconds after closing my eyes now.  Then the images start becoming dream segments and so on...its very interesting

Sounds are pretty common too...after a while of listening to random noise.. they start to say some weird excrement... sometimes true.  I believe its channeling related   I would almost recommend straying away from learning to hear people...annoying

Recently there have been flashes of light that seem to make my body warm and tingle. They make loud  high pierceing sounds and are mostly green colored. I have asked around but no one can give me any input.
