i love nightmares, i love how my heart is racing when i wake up...how do i make myself have one?

yeah know what you mean, i got up one morning and was like, im gonna rip a phone book in half, went to the closet got a phone book, ripped it in half...i tried it in front of people, didn't work.

myst...before i can take your paste seriously and not pasted from your mind using your fingers...where was this copy and paste selection from? can you link us to the original post, if not your going to have a hard time getting people to believe you.

i just took three psychic tests online right, its online so i didn't look too much into it.


took the first one, got about 6 dead on, and 8 pretty close. one was a baseball and i pictured something white.

took the next one, got one dead on, and 3 relatively close...like one i seen someone in the sky, like sky diving. it was a rock climber on the side of a cliff climbing and you could see the sky...thats slightly close right?

then the last one i took...got absolutely none right...except, every card i picked would end up coming up as the next card. it didn't show me what the card was till the end of the test.


in your opionon does that mean anything or hopeful thinking??

sleep paralysis is just a hallucination, once a few years ago i had, had one. at the time i thought i had actually been abducted. and that i wasn't going to be subjected to anything w/o a fight. i remember feeling things being jammed into my ears and a noise being made. i tried so hard to make coherent  threats, "I am a part of the best fighting force on our planet, i will kill you w/o hesitating!" eventually it stopped and i could tell what i was hearing in the background was the TV, and not people trying to escape. and i was making the noise and feeling in my ears...i don't know how to describe it, but im doing it now....it makes me yawn too.

but all jokes aside...i had a feeling of great rage a year or so ago, i even talked to my best friend about it, then pretended it wasn't there till it went away. haven't really felt it recently...even though occasionally i'll just start bursting out laughing or just want to cry...i swear, i have a period that doesn't bleed...

my girlfriend claims her house is haunted. but i've never really seen anything to prove too me to be true. except her room is constantly freezing, and i didn't look at the caller ID but once last week the phone rang, her mom looked at the caller ID and just give kym this look that made me feel like it was their ghost(s).

but what would happen if i successfully projected FROM her house? would i be able to communicate with the spirits in the house? she said two are from the civil war era(male and female), and one is from a more recent time, an old short bald man who wonders around.

personally...i don't see anything wrong with being a false medium...it gives hope to people, even false hope is better than none at all.

so about 230am, i went down to our basement to play video games. i came up at 630am to get a snack and go to bed. when i realized. wow, it smells like the way my uncle's house would smell like. he had passed away earlier this year, now i wouldn't normally think anything of it. but later tonight we are having christmas with my dad's side of the family. my uncle who i was talking about would be my dad's brother.


what do you all think? paranormal? or sub-consciously missing my uncle, so i make my sense of smell, smell my uncle's house?

lately, my dreams have been weird, more so than normally. what would i be doing that could effect my dreams?

like my latest FUBAR dream....think i actually posted it on here, not sure so i'll give a brief run down....slightly more detail at one point.


starts off as me, my ex, her friend, and my cousin are suppose to go to a movie. my ex's friend decides to drive me and my cousin to a convient store. we go inside, go pee and decide we want nothing there. my ex's friend starts to drive off. she gets to other side of the parking lot, i can still see her face. she laughs and drives back. my cousin pulls her out of the car and gets in the driver's seat. he tells me to get in, that hes taking her car(this isn't like him in real life) i tell him i don't want anything to do with it...then the whole dreamworld crumbles...it crumbles down to platforms all around, about 10-20ft in the air. i can see lava below me, and i have to jump from platform to platform as its crumbleing...i get to the edge of the road, then it changes. im on a highway for some reason, in a semi??? not too sure...then im at a wendy's talking so some woman...her son comes up, asks if he can stay some where...she says yes as long as he sleeps in the same bed as his mom's friend. i tell her how screwed up that seems. she gets angry. then it jumps...im in her control w/o memory. shes showing some woman around, like shes working for her. the woman notices its me. like shes looking for me, then encourages me to remember who i am. she uses some magic power and throws the woman some where...she disappears before she can hit the wall. i end up killing the woman, who had power over me. shouting "You took me away from the woman i'm suppose to be with the rest of my life!" a couple of girls who are my cousin's at a younger age come and ask for something. i tell them they are free, and to get it themselves, i then walk out the door.



i can never get this out of my head...seems like theres something more to it than some messed up beyond repair dream.

i was talkign to some one on here thru PM, i asked them to teach me...they told me to check out a couple of vids on their myspace to get an idea...and then to get back to them, i did...i got an idea...think of the object, feel it with your mind. think of it as going nearly 1000mph because it actually is thanks to the rotation of the planet...i knew that one already...then to get back to them...i did, they told me well what do you think you need to do next? i was like well...ur the teacher why don't you tell me...in theback of the mind i was thinkin' their full of excrement.

explain to me how, if i believe i can walk on water with my whole being i can actually do it. that just boggles my mind.

ok, it started off as me my cousin tony, my ex april and her firend kim we're all going to a movie. it was just me, tony, and kim. she stopped at some gas station casue me and tony were thirsty...we didn't find anything we wanted. and i was like hey look tony, kim is leaving us. he got all ticked off and pulled her out of her car. he locked the doors and told me to get in, i figured he was bonking around. he started to hotwire the car, i said bonk you, i don't want anything to do with this, so i got out. then it skipped.


i was sitting out side of wendy's with a friend talking to some woman. her son came up and asked if he could go stay the night some where and she said "yeah, but you have to sleep in the same bed as his mom." the kid said, "alright mom" they hugged and the kid left. i said "You know, thats kinda creepy." the woman got ticked off, and said "thats how my parents raised me!" and then i said "Well, thats still creepy" then i was suspeneded in the middle of the highway and she was yelling "Do you still think its creepy!?" i couldn't answer since i was trying to dodge traffic and then she threw me into the back of a semi-truck's trailer. i could see all my friends that happened to go missing, they were inside the walls of the trailer playing catch with something, one said "Hey Terry! it's good to see you!" i started to throw excrement out of the trailer and into the road, forget why. i think it was to try and get a cop's attention. the same friend that was excited to see me said "Terry, don't she'll get ticked!" i didn't care and kept throwing everything out into the road. then i was yanked out of the trailer and threw into this thing...not sure what it was. but it made my memory get erased.

the next thing i knew i was sitting at a table learning how to stable cigars(not sure why...but hey). i was suppose to be watchign this training video but the same woman was talking to some new manager she hired and i was being noisy...the video was over, and i was like oh excrement! i need to watch this, so i rewound it real quick and tried to pay attention...she figured out that i wasn't and got ticked...she said somethign about one more bonk up and your done! and pulled out a paper and said see you already have 6! i looked at the paper, and knew something wasn't right anymore. that those were from a different life. i seen Squibbing, but i couldn't quite make it out...i knew it was a name so i asked her "Who is this?" she said its nothign and i don't need to worry about it. the woman she hired said "C'mon Terry, you can remember!" the woman got ticked. she lifted her hand and the other woman flew back and right as she was about to hit the wall she disappeared. then it hit me...i remembered everything. i stood up while she was distracted, i started to strangle her i noticed it wasn't working. so i got back behind her and grabbed her head getting ready to snap her neck, as she was fighting it i yelled "You fuckign took me away from the one im suppose to spend the rest of my life with! Do you know how long i looked for kym! you bonking grump!" and then snapped her neck and let go. i just watched her body hit the floor. then these three little girls came in and asked for some chocolate milk. i looked at them and said, "You serve yourself for now on" and walked out the door.

i didn't read it all, its late and ADD hit...but anyway...


what seems to work for me, is to lay completely still in a comfortable posistion, close your eyes and repeat over and over, mind awake body asleep. and as you think mind awake, picture your brain glowing some color. the when you think body asleep...think of your body glowing some different color. do not move at all! not your eyes, tounge toes...anything...might take a few tries to get that level of discipline. and remember keep the color and mind awake body asleep thing going till you fall asleep.

and during your waking life, like the forums say, pick up an object look at it, and say "is this a dream? am i dreaming? no."(i find if you do it alot before you sleep you'll also remember to do it in your dream) then put the object down. eventually you will learn to do that whille your sleeping. once you get that lucid, say out loud(in your dream) "im going OBE/Astral Project, take care!" and if it worked right you will be back in the real world but still asleep and feel like your laying on a vibrating bed.

at this point try a couple ways to get out. my first one, i tried to sit up...it felt like my back was being pulled back down...i lefted my feet so i could slam them down and make my body sit up with the momentum. it worked...but i couldn't get out of bed...still attached at the waisted...so i layed back down and pictured myself laying in deep water with a boat infront of me, and i was wearing a life jacket and ski's. i seen a ski rope in the water in front of me. i grabbed on to it, and the boat started up and took off i felt a jerk and i was out.

so...your telling me you've never stared into a light bulb before?


all it did was "Burn" the image to the backs of your eyes...it goes away after a few minutes like you've probably discovered by now.

read that some cultures believe, that the seritonin(sp, hopefully u get the idea) in menstrual blood will increase your psychic abilities.

ok, so i just attempted OBEing tonight/this morning. as i was going to bed tonight i did that, mind awake, body asleep thing. and pictured my mind lighting up a neon orange color, and my body lighting up light blue as i said those words, i also laid still w/o moving till i fell sleep...i couldn't have been out too long, because its 4:54am, i crawled into bed around 4am.

anyway...i don't know if "They" were toying with me or what...but i had a very vivid false awakening, i was laying in bed, not sure if i had just gotten back into my body or if i was in the middle of it. but i tried something diffrent, i tried moving my body with my mind. i eventually did it, i ended up knocking myself out of my bed and then pulled my self into the air and dropped myself on my bed. i fought my sleep paralysis and walked out into the living room, where my dad was watching. he asked two things..."What the hell are you doing?" and "why are you walking like an idiot?" then i shown him what i could do...as i spoke out still in sleep paralysis "Hey, dad!" then i made my body fly across the room and up in the air, then i noticed the fan was going and i panicked and called out for help. my dad got up and ran over to me and grabbed on...my mind calmed down and i fell to the ground...still in sleep paralysis. it shown later that day with the entire family at the house all making fun of me and calling me possessed. then i had another false awakening...

i was laying in bed feeling the vibrations...where i had a dream inside a dream...i can't even begin to describe that one. but after that dream, during my false awakening, i quickly sat up in bed thinking "what the hell? maybe if i lay down i can still get relaxed and try to AP again" i lay down, and start to feel the vibrations in my dream again. my door was open and i decided to look thru it, i could see the to my granny's door and the after glow of the TV(the way its set up is diffrent than in real life...didn't know that). my grandma comes out of her room and could see i was vibrating comes to my door and goes "Terry, what are you doing!?" i fight the paralysis and get out of bed and walk over...still in sleep paralysis i say "Hello grandma, give me a hug!" and hug her. she again asks "What are you doing?" and i struggle to say "I'm trying to ....A.....P" she goes, we'll talk about this when i get out of the bathroom. then i actually wake up for real this time.

im laying in bed vibrations in full swing. my tongue feels like its slightly hanging out of my mouth and it feels like spit is vibrating on my tongue. i try to sit up...nothing works...i try to roll out...nothing...i then picture me sinking thru my bed...i think i finally got out, i go to open my eyes then quickly stop myself saying, "WAIT, thats not how i could see last time!" i thought i got out and was like, "I'M GOING TO FLY TO APRIL'S HOUSE!" i feel like im starting to fly away...i could hear the sound of the wind flying by my ears..i think..."i must have gotten out by now! im going to open my eyes" so i open my eyes and at the same time pull me left leg out from under me....i wasn't out of my body yet the vibrations stop and i fully awake...i checked the time 4:40am i get up get a glass of water and go pee. then hopped on here to share this.

maybe if i fall back asleep, i can still AP/OBE, i'll let you all know if that happens.

i had one of those "naked in school" dreams before, forget what that means...but i remember it pretty clearly...it was when i was in 2nd grade...and i had to go to school naked because i had no clean clothes to wear.


a few years later i had a dream where i masturbated in class(i was in 6th or 7th grade by now) and FOR YEARS i thought it was reality and not a dream.

for me, it was the most amazing thing to ever experience...

i felt like i do when i'm drunk, just without the dizziness, nausea, and headache. just add the feeling you get when your in love...(just w/o said headache and nausea ) well...to be honest, thats the closest description i could get to.

but i personally felt like i was naked(in a good way), peaceful and i was "at one" with existence. i felt light, like if i would jump i would soar into the air. i wanted to go out side, but i took too long to actually move around. i'm pretty sure you read my first experience(only one as of right now ) but for those who are reading this and haven't, i turned around and tickled myself, i also laughed from it. it felt like i was either sitting on myself, or floating just above my body. i hopped down and walked out my bedroom door. i don't remember actually touching the doorknob. so i might have walked thru it. but i got just about to the door, then i seen like a bright light, and i could see thru walls, and everything was in a negative color and then i was sucked back into my body.

when i came to, i could feel the vibrations fading away, i still felt the "at one with existence" feeling, but also that i was refreshed, like i had a good night sleep when really it was only a couple hours. i got up and hopped on here so i could have it recorded somewhere.
