i find it very hard 2 have concious projections too, they have always happened naturally. when i started working on having concious projections i found the natural projections became more frequent and more vivid.

I have had this problem 4 years. personally i don't think exercise works i weight train 3 times a week i used 2 train in an evening but i found that my sleep got worse when i did this. i now go 2 the gym at 7.30 am . i am self employed and work 70 hrs a week i usually go 2 bed between 2 and 3 am i am exhausted all the time but still i can't sleep. the funny thing is that i'm sure this is how i'm able 2 project because when i'm trying 2 sleep my body becomes totally relaxed and my mind is still quite active

This has been happening 2 me 4 years well b4 I was into astral projection I'd be trying 2 sleep then all of a sudden I'd get a bright flash behind my eyes. another thing was when i was a kid if anyone turned a light switch on or off uptairs in the house i used to get a dim flash behind my eyes?? another strange thing is when trying 2 sleep i used to hear noises in my head like fireworks going of from a great distance have u experienced anythhing like this?

This does not feel like sinusitis cos I get that all the time  the tightness is right across the top my head it's like a tight band and it throbs at the same time
