Lucid Dreaming is a Hypnotic State or
(Theta Brain Waves-Somnambulism) which can be achieved through Hypnosis.

Somnambulism is hypnosis thats when the body is 100% asleep but the mind is 100% awake.  Its actually more focused when your in Beta Brain Waves. When your Conscious.

Read the Hypnosis Script below this line.  Read it aloud, slow and softly, but not a wisper.  Speak in a monotone voice.  Or you can have someone else read it to you in that same manor.

When you see (...) this in the sentences pause for 4 slow seconds then continue to read aloud.  Start reading below this line.

PROGRESSIVE RELAXATION
(supine)


Speak slowly and pause between instructions.  Have your subject(s) lay in a comfortable
Positioin.  It is recommended to have the knees raised up to avoid unnecessary strain of the back muscles.  A small pillow under the neck to help give support to the neck is also beneficial.  Be sure that any tight fitting clothing is loosened and jewelry removed during the relaxation.  Lighting should be lowered and to deaden the sound of outside noises, soft background music complementing your session could be played.  Please do not say, "SLEEP" during the progressive.  When bringing the subject(s) up, do not us the word "AWAKE".  (This is a camouflage method of hypnosis).  Remember, to avoid the word hypnosis at all times.  The wording is as follows.

Close your eyes and keep them closed until I ask you to open them.  Now I want you to take a deep breath, filling your lungs up completely and then let that breath out slowly...Now take a second deep breath and let that out slowly also...Now I want you to take another very deep and comfortable breath filling your lungs up completely and this time hold that breath...(long pause)...Now let that breath out very slowly and already you can feel your body begin to relax...

Now let that wonderful, comfortable feeling of relaxation flow ALL the way DOWN to your feet, just feel your feet becoming very comfortable and very relaxed...If you don't feel it in your feet right away don't worry about it, for it will gradually catch up to you...

Now let that wonderful, comfortable feeling of relaxation flow from your feet up into your ankles...from your ankles up all the large and small muscles of your legs to your knees...from your knees up all the large and small muscles of your thighs... into your hips...from your hips into your abdomen and with each and every breath that you exhale I want you to allow your body to go deeper into this wonderful relaxed state...

Now let that wonderful feeling of relaxation flow right up into your back...just let all of those large and small muscles of your neck relax...as it flows right up into your shoulders...over your shoulders...and down deep into your chest...such a wonderful feeling, just going DEEPER and DEEPER...as that relaxation flows down all the large and small muscles of your arms to your elbows...from your elbows down to your wrists...into your hands...all the way out to your fingers and with each and every breath that you exhale your body just keeps right on relaxing deeper and deeper...


Now let this wonderful feeling of relaxation flow up into your neck...feel all these large and small muscles of your neck relaxing...flowing right up into your head ...over your head...and DOWN into your brow...all the muscles around your eyes, relax...Now if you have your teeth clenched, just unclench your teeth and your body will relax much more...just let your jaw sag and all the body muscles will go loose and limp as a RAG DOLL as you go deeper into this wonderful relaxed state...

As I count from one down to three I want you to allow your body to go deeper into this beautiful relaxed state ... so One ... deeper and deeper ... Two ... more and more relaxed ...Three ... very deep, very comfortable and very relaxed ... with just pleasant, contented thoughts going through your mind and marvelous feeling going through your body, and your whole body is giving in, letting go...you're warm and comfortable...relaxing deeper as all the sounds around you send you deeper ... any sound that you hear sends you even deeper ... the sound of my voice sends you deeper ...

So, as I keep on talking you just keep on relaxing deeper and deeper into this wonderful relaxed state ... with each breath that you exhale, you go deeper ... the beat of your heart sends you deeper...any and all sensations that you experience send you deeper ... with each thought that you think you go deeper and deeper ... DOWN into a wonderful deep relaxed state ... just feel your muscles loose and limp as a RAG DOLL ...

Now again I will count, but this time I will count from one down to five and as I count form one down to five you will allow your body to double its relaxation...So one...your relaxation is slowly starting to double...two...your relaxation is doubling more and more ... three ... you're very comfortable and relaxed ... four your relaxation has almost doubled...five your relaxation now has doubled completely thoughout your whole body ... from the top of your head to the tip of your toes all the muscles in your body have relaxed and doubled their relaxation ... you feel so relaxed and comfortable that all of your muscles are going loose and limp as a RAG DOLL ...

Now again I will count from one down to five ... and as I count ... from one down to five ... this time the body will triple its relaxation ... one ...relaxation is starting to triple ... two ... relaxation is tripling more and more ... three ... you are very comfortable ... very relaxed ... four ... relaxation now has almost triple in the body ... five ... relaxation now has tripled in the body ... from the top of your head to the tips of your toes ... all the muscles have relaxed ... doubled their relaxation ... and tripled their relaxation ...

All the muscles are loose and limp as a RAG DOLL ... all the nerves are calm ... relaxed ... all the body tissues are rejuvenating in this wonderful relaxed state ... just sinking DOWN ... just letting go ... deeper and deeper into relaxation ...


Now again I will count ... but this time from one down to ten ... and this time as I count from one down to ten ... your mind will relax as your body is relaxed ... and with every count your body will double the relaxation it has at that time ... one ...your mind is relaxed as the body is relaxed and the body is doubling the relaxation it has at this time ... two ... your mind is relaxed as the body is relaxed and the body is doubling the relaxation it has at this time ... three ... the mind is relaxed as the body is relaxed and the body is doubling the relaxation it has at this time ... four ...
same thing ...five ... keep right on going ... six ... seven ... eight ... nine ...ten ...
your mind is completely relaxed as the body is relaxed and the body has doubled its relaxation many times over ...

You don't care what day it is ... you don't care what time it is ... you don't care about anything but how good you feel ... how wonderful you feel ... going deeper and deeper relaxed ...

Now I want you to go even deeper ... still deeper ... so this time double the relaxation you have in the body right now ... and when this is doubled I want you
to try to say "A" ...it only takes a few seconds ...you feel so good, so comfortable, so relaxed ... you don't even feel like saying "A" ...but now I want you to go deeper yet ... still deeper ... and when it is doubled ... try to say "B" ... again you feel so good, so comfortable, so relaxed ... that you don't even feel like saying "B" ... but now I want you to really let yourself go ... just as though you were on a spiral sliding board ... just sliding on DOWN to the basement of relaxation ... so again double the relaxation you have in your body at this time ...and when it is doubled then try to say "C" ... again you feel so good, so comfortable, so relaxed that you don't even feel like saying "C"...

So jusk keep on sinking DOWN deeper and deeper ... as I keep on talking the body just keeps right on sinking DOWN ... deeper and deeper ... into a wonderful...deep state of relaxation ... where the mind is passive ... and you feel wonderful ... where your arms are heavy ... where your legs are heavy ... very heavy ...very comfortable ... heavy feeling ... the arms and legs are so heavy, so comfortable, so relaxed that when I ask you to lift an arm or leg ... you'd find that they are so comfortable, so heavy, so relaxed that you don't feel like lifting them ... but nevertheless I want you to try to lift your left leg ...O.K. stop trying ... let it relax it feels so much better resting where it is ... it's so comfortable and you feel so good, so wonderful and so relaxed...

This will happen every day and every night ... and this wonderful good feeling will stay with you every day ... at all times ... deeper and deeper relaxed ... very deep ... very comfortable ... very relaxed ... such a wonderful ...comfortable ... feeling ...so loose ... so RELAXED ...you find that any time I say the words
"DEEPLY RELAX" to you ... immediately you will close your eyes and spontaneously go right back into this wonderful, deep, comfortable state of relaxation ... always enjoying it more and more ...
Always going deeper each time I work with you ... and every time I give you these positive suggestions, they will go deep into your subconscious mind ... they will be there when you need them ... every time I work with you it will reinforce all suggestions I have given to you before ... every day in every way you will be better and better, wiser and wise, happier and happier, healthier and healthier, feeling marvelous thoughout the day ...

Now I want you to pay attention to my voice and what I am going to teach you ... for I am ging to teach you to put yourself in this same state that you are in now, and this is how you will do it ...

         First ... make sure you are comfortable and safe ...
                                             Then ...set a time limit in you mind ...
                                                     Then ... close your eyes ...
 
Once your eyes are closed  ... take a deep breath and think 'RELAX', as you are letting your breath out ...

Then ... take another deep breath and think 'DEEPER' as you exhale ...

Then ... take another deep breath, and hold it for a moment ...Then as you let that breath out, think 'DEEPLY RELAX', .... already you can feel your body starting to relax ... DEEPER and DEEPER RELAXED ...

You will remain in this relaxed state for the amount of time you have set aside ... when that time has expired you will find yourself coming up and your eyes will automatically open ... you will feel refreshed, rejuvenated, wonderful and fine in every way, and all my suggestions tht I have ever given you ...That are beneficial to and positive to you will automatically be reinforced ... you will let this happen automatically and spontaneously ... going DEEPER and DEEPER RELAXED ... you will have good feelings and good thoughts at all times ...

AT THIS TIME POSITIVE VISUALIZATIONS
BRING YOUR SUBJECT(S) UP WITH THE FOLLOWING WORDING

Sleep walking is when you drift of to sleep and enter Delta Brain Waves, which is profound sleep where you dream, then you drift up from that deep state of sleep into Theta Brain waves (which is Lucid Dreaming Stage - and a Hypnotic State). Which is call'd also Somnambulilsm which Stage Hypnotist put their subjects in.

When you have stress (a problem that your solveing) and you reach Theta your Concious and Sub Conscious mind are at an equal level.
So your subconsious mind is trying to solve the problem and your conscious mind is controling your body.

In that state you can see negative or positive hallucinations, thinking the door is open but its not.  Or not seeing something that is there.

Glad to have found this site.  When I read the Delta information I had to let everyone know that Delta is pro found sleep that where everyone dreams.

Think of the mind as a large deep pool of water like a pond Delta is the lower level of the water in the pond.  Theta is the middle level of water, Alph is 3/4 closer to the surface and above 3/4 to the top is Beta Consciouness.

So think of your self as a deep sea diver and when your at the bottom your dreaming and then slowly you go up and you start to go into the middle level of the water of the pond Concsiousness starts to enter.  When your in the middle of that water level both Concscious and Sub Conscious are equal and u have the feeling of two minds at the same time.

Pleas forgive me if you think I'm stepping on anyones toes but when your hear to learn everyone has to have an open mind to all information you  u can use it for your best goals in life.

I've learn some information here also and I thought I was doing some things right but I wasn't.

Hi everyone

My name is Frank (hypnotist)

Here is a suggestion.  If you have plans and cant make it to the Giza pyramids cant you AP and then go back in time and meet for that Saturday or Friday before Saturday AP and go into the future 24 hours ahead and meet your friends at the Giza pyramids. That way you can still finnish your job or plans and still be there.

Just a thought.

For everyone who wants to try this.

Deep relaxation with HYPNOSIS. Just read it aloud softly in a monotone voice using a tape recorder or have someone else read it to you. When you see this in the sentences (...) pause for 4 seconds that gives the subconsious time to take it in. Then continue to read the script.  

It'll will take you about 45 minutes to reach Somnambulism (Lucid Dreaming) after that first cession you will have a post hypnotic word given to you "Deeply Relax" which is in the script and when you say it to yourself "Deeply Relax"  in your mind it will bring you back into that same deep relaxe'd state that you were in before instantly.

So below this line is the script.

(This is a camouflage method of hypnosis).  When you explain relaxation, avoid the work HYPNOSIS.  The wording is as follows: (Pause) for 4 seconds.

slowly. (Pause) Now  take a second, deep and comfortable breath and

   lungs and hold it. (Pause) Now let that out, very, very slowly and
           already you can feel your body starting to RELAX. (Pause) Now let
   that wonderful, comfortable feeling of relaxation flow all the way
   down to your feet." (Pause)


   "FEEL your feet becoming very comfortable and very RELAXED, (Pause)
   if you don't feel that right away in your feet don't worry about it, for it
   will catch up to you.  (Pause) Now let that wonderful feeling of relaxation

   small muscles of your legs, to your knees, (Pause) from your knees up all

   will go DEEPER, (Pause) and DEEPER into this wonderful RELAXED

   DEEPER RELAXED. (Pause) Three...very deep, very comfortable and
   Relaxed. (Pause) Now, any sounds that you may hear will just guide you
   deeper.  Following my suggestions will also guide you DEEPER and the
           sound of my voice will guide you EVEN DEEPER into this wonderful
   state.

   Now again I will count, but this time from One down to Five and this
   time you will let the muscles in your body double the relaxation they
   now have. (Pause) One...your relaxation is starting to double. (Pause)
   two...relaxation is doubling more and more. (Pause) Three...very

   almost doubled. (Pause) Five...relaxation now has doubled throughout

   Your whole body feels so good, so comfortable and so relaxed. (Pause)
   all your muscles are completely loose and limp. (Pause) All your body
   organs are functioning perfectly. (Pause)  All your glands are

   You will find that your arms and your legs are very heavy, very
   comfortable, very relaxed.  They are so heavy, so comfortable, so

   find that they  are so heavy, so relaxed, that you would not feel
   like lifting a leg or an arm.  They feel so much better just resting

   was so heavy, so relaxed, that you did not feel like lifting it. (Pause)

   You find that your left arm is just as heavy, just as comfortable, just as
   relaxed.  You don't feel like lifting it, but nevertheless, I just want you
   to try. (Short pause)

   O.K. stop trying, just let your body relax, and you will find that your
   body is so comfortable and so relaxed, that you feel so good, so
   wonderful, (Pause) so comfortable, that you just didn't feel like lifting
   any parts of your body.

   (LONG Pause)

   Now I will have you open your eyes on the count of one. (Pause) You
   will be refreshed, rejuvenated, and relaxed, feeling wonderful and fine
   in every way. (Pause) So. Three...gradually, slowly start coming up,
           Two...coming up more and more. ..One...eyes open, all the way up,

There is Beta Brain Waves, Alpha Brian Wave, Theta Brain Waves and the last is Delta Brain Waves.

Theta is the level in which you go into AP (Theta) is call Lucide Dreaming State-Hypnosis.  In Theta both Conscious and Sub Conscious are at the level were they are both equal in depth.  There are several levels of Theta.  Light, Medium, Deep(which is Somnambulism or Lucid Dreaming).  When you go beyond that point its Deep Somnambulism, then Esdiale State, Canatonic State, and the last one is Ultra Depth (Sichort State)in which Edgar Cayce go into.

Then when you go deeper you enter Delta Brain Wave.  Which is the state that you dream.  Your Conscious mind is shut down at that level thats why you can't remember your dreams.

Thats why your Conscious and Sub Conscious has to be balance equally which can only happen in the Theta Brain Wave.

Thats why this forum is here so you can get more information so you won't be mislead by wrong information.

Was Jesus a Reiki Master?

John 14-12: "I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me, can do the same miracles I have done, and even greater things than these will you do."
One of the outstanding aspects of Jesus' life was the miracles he worked. According to the Bible, Jesus walked on water, fed five thousand people with five loaves of bread and two fishes, changed water to wine and raised people from the dead. However, the most meaningful of his miracles were the healings he performed. These healings include: paralysis, lameness, fever, catalepsy, hemorrhage, skin disease, mental disorders, spirit possession, deafness and blindness. Many of these healings were accomplished by the laying on of hands. This is indicated frequently in the New Testament Luke 4:40 states: "When the Sun was setting, the people brought to Jesus all who had various kinds of sickness, and laying his hand on each one, he healed them."
In Matthew 8:14-15, Jesus uses touch to heal Peter's mother-in-law of a fever. In Mark 1:40-42 Jesus uses his hands to heal a man with leprosy. This is also mentioned in Luke 5:12-13. Matthew 20:29-34 describes how Jesus healed two blind men by touching their eyes and in Mark 8:22-25 Jesus uses his hands to heal another blind man. In Mark 7:32 35 he uses touch to heal a man who is deaf and can't speak. In Luke 7:12-15, Jesus raises a dead man by touching his coffin and in Luke 8:49-55 Jesus uses touch to return a dead girl to life.
There are many similarities between the laying on of hands healing Jesus did and the practice of Reiki. One important similarity is the fact that Jesus could pass the power to heal on to others. We read in Luke 9:1-2 that Jesus gave his twelve disciples power to drive out all demons and to cure diseases. We do not know by what process Jesus gave healing power to his disciples, but the fact that he was able to pass it on to them indicates an important similarity with Reiki.
Another aspect of Jesus' healing practice that is similar to Reiki relates to faith. While faith was required for many of the healings he performed, it appears that the healings Jesus did with his hands did not require faith. Mark 6:5-6 states: "He could not do any miracles there, except lay his hands on a few sick people and heal them. And he was amazed at their lack of faith." So, in spite of the fact that they did not believe, Jesus was still able to use laying on of hands to heal. This is one of the important aspects of Reiki: It does not require faith on the part of those receiving a treatment in order for the Reiki to work.
The fact that Jesus had secret teachings he gave only to those who he had given healing power is clearly indicated in Matthew 13:10-11 and Mark 4:10-12 & 34. Secret knowledge is also part of the Reiki teachings in that the symbols as well as the process of doing attunements are secret.
It is not known whether Jesus was born with the ability to heal through touch or if this was something he acquired. His activities between age twelve and thirty are not mentioned in the Bible. It has been suggested by several researchers that during this time Jesus traveled to the East and was schooled in many of the mystical teachings of India, Tibet and China. If this is so, it is possible that Jesus was initiated into Reiki, or a Reiki like practice during this time as Reiki has his origins in India, Tibet and China.
The early followers of Jesus' teachings were made up of several groups. One such group was the Gnostics. They practiced laying on of hands and professed to have a secret knowledge that had been passed on to them by Jesus and his disciples. The Gnostics were made up of many smaller groups some of which were known as the Docetists, the Marcionites, and the Carpocratians. They were united by their core beliefs which included: a personal experience of Jesus or the "kingdom of heaven within," their freedom and lack of rules, guidelines or creeds and their reliance on inspiration and inner guidance. Their existence is attested to by the Gnostic gospels which are part of the Dead Sea Scrolls as well as a letter written in the second century AD by the early Church father, Clement of Alexandria. In Clement's letter, he spoke of a secret gospel of Mark which was based on the normal canonical one but with additions for special followers of Jesus, referred to as "those who were being perfected" and "those who are being initiated into the great mysteries."
When Christianity became organized after the second century, its teachings were centered around faith and the official teachings of the church, rather than healing or "good works" and inner guidance as practiced by the Gnostics. At this time, those promoting the organization of the church began subduing and killing those Gnostics who would not conform with the authority of the newly developing Church. With the elimination of the Gnostics and the establishment of the Christian Church, the practice of laying on of hands by Christians was lost.
Jesus possessed great confidence in his ability and was able to heal in an instantaneous way with spectacular results. It is clear that he had perfected many metaphysical skills and used them in conjunction to get the results he created. Was one of those skills Reiki? Was Jesus a Reiki Master in addition to being a spiritual Master? While it cannot be established in an absolute sense that Jesus was a Reiki Master, the available evidence clearly indicates so many similarities that it is likely the laying on of hands healing Jesus practiced must have been very closely associated with an early form of Reiki. The teachings of Jesus, as well as the example he set are a great inspiration for us. As we continue to perfect our spiritual awareness and allow our inner wisdom to guide us, it is likely that breakthroughs will occur, eventually bringing with them the quality of healing that Jesus had.
We must remember what the Great Master stated as indicated in John 14-12, "I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me, can do the same miracles I have done, and even greater things than these will you do."

I to have the ability to heal useing Reiki but I'm not at the level of Jesus.

Dean my neighbor cut the tips of his finger off while using the lawn mower.  He went to the emergency room and the stiched him up. When he came home that night he was in extrem pain and I treated him with Reiki.

His pain went away with in 30 seconds and I treated him for 45 minutes 3 time that week.  I told him that his fingers will heal in half the time, they won't be swollen and they will be pink in color.

Dean went back to the hospital with his wife.  The doctors told Dean that when they take the bandages off they would be badly swollen and black and blue.

They took the bandages off and were surprized.  Deans finger were not swollen and they were bright pink in color.

Dean told the doctors that I was treating him with Reiki and one of the doctors said he heard about reiki and that I should continue to treat him.

Hi Daniel,

I've use the energy of Reiki whick started from Tibet, then India, and Japan on a friend of mine.  I held my palms about 3 or 4 inches on the side of his temples (Mark) is his name. Mark does meditation from his yoga class.  And he went into Alpha state in 1 to 2 seconds, and he went further into Theta his breathin almost stopped.  

He saw himself traveling in deep shape and saw a light at a distance and he or the light came towards each other at an extreme rate of speed.

This light was round and it open'd up and this young child or baby came out and said to mark. "We were expecting you" and Mark told me that this young child or baby had the most beautiful blue eyes.  The baby reach'd out to pull him in and about that time I Count'd Mark back from 5 to 1 and he couldn't believe what happen'd.

He was amazed and so was I. Mark said that the energy of Reiki       (Ray-Key)relaxed him so fast that he was beginning to meditate and he went hundred time deeper.

When I read your posting of energy I thought about my expereince and I thought you would like to hear it.

My favorite technique is Hypnosis. I go past Alpha and into Theta Brain Wave which is (hypnosis-Somnambulism-and Lucid Dreaming) all and the same. I dont go to the next 3 levels beyond Somnambulism which is the Esdaile State, Canatonic State,and the last is Ultra Depth or (Sichort State).

I can go into it with my key work "DEEPLY RELAX" which is a post hypnotic word I use for meyself. As I say it in my mind I go back to that same level of relaxation within seconds.

Here is the Hypnosis Script that I use. When you see each of these (...) pause for 4 seconds.  Speak softly and in a monotome voice. Have some else read it to you or tape it in your own voice on a tape recorder.  Lay back and don't cross your legs and have your arms on your side of your body.

                    PROGRESSIVE RELAXATION
                           (supine)

Speak slowly and pause between instructions.  Have your subject(s) lay in a comfortable
Positioin.  It is recommended to have the knees raised up to avoid unnecessary strain of the back muscles.  A small pillow under the neck to help give support to the neck is also beneficial.  Be sure that any tight fitting clothing is loosened and jewelry removed during the relaxation.  Lighting should be lowered and to deaden the sound of outside noises, soft background music complementing your session could be played.  Please do not say, "SLEEP" during the progressive.  When bringing the subject(s) up, do not us the word "AWAKE".  (This is a camouflage method of hypnosis).  Remember, to avoid the word hypnosis at all times.  The wording is as follows. Start reading aloud below this line.

Close your eyes and keep them closed until I ask you to open them.  Now I want you to take a deep breath, filling your lungs up completely and then let that breath out slowly...Now take a second deep breath and let that out slowly also...Now I want you to take another very deep and comfortable breath filling your lungs up completely and this time hold that breath...(long pause)...Now let that breath out very slowly and already you can feel your body begin to relax...

Now let that wonderful, comfortable feeling of relaxation flow ALL the way DOWN to your feet, just feel your feet becoming very comfortable and very relaxed...If you don't feel it in your feet right away don't worry about it, for it will gradually catch up to you...

Now let that wonderful, comfortable feeling of relaxation flow from your feet up into your ankles...from your ankles up all the large and small muscles of your legs to your knees...from your knees up all the large and small muscles of your thighs... into your hips...from your hips into your abdomen and with each and every breath that you exhale I want you to allow your body to go deeper into this wonderful relaxed state...

Now let that wonderful feeling of relaxation flow right up into your back...just let all of those large and small muscles of your neck relax...as it flows right up into your shoulders...over your shoulders...and down deep into your chest...such a wonderful feeling, just going DEEPER and DEEPER...as that relaxation flows down all the large and small muscles of your arms to your elbows...from your elbows down to your wrists...into your hands...all the way out to your fingers and with each and every breath that you exhale your body just keeps right on relaxing deeper and deeper...


Now let this wonderful feeling of relaxation flow up into your neck...feel all these large and small muscles of your neck relaxing...flowing right up into your head ...over your head...and DOWN into your brow...all the muscles around your eyes, relax...Now if you have your teeth clenched, just unclench your teeth and your body will relax much more...just let your jaw sag and all the body muscles will go loose and limp as a RAG DOLL as you go deeper into this wonderful relaxed state...

As I count from one down to three I want you to allow your body to go deeper into this beautiful relaxed state ... so One ... deeper and deeper ... Two ... more and more relaxed ...Three ... very deep, very comfortable and very relaxed ... with just pleasant, contented thoughts going through your mind and marvelous feeling going through your body, and your whole body is giving in, letting go...you're warm and comfortable...relaxing deeper as all the sounds around you send you deeper ... any sound that you hear sends you even deeper ... the sound of my voice sends you deeper ...

So, as I keep on talking you just keep on relaxing deeper and deeper into this wonderful relaxed state ... with each breath that you exhale, you go deeper ... the beat of your heart sends you deeper...any and all sensations that you experience send you deeper ... with each thought that you think you go deeper and deeper ... DOWN into a wonderful deep relaxed state ... just feel your muscles loose and limp as a RAG DOLL ...

Now again I will count, but this time I will count from one down to five and as I count form one down to five you will allow your body to double its relaxation...So one...your relaxation is slowly starting to double...two...your relaxation is doubling more and more ... three ... you're very comfortable and relaxed ... four your relaxation has almost doubled...five your relaxation now has doubled completely thoughout your whole body ... from the top of your head to the tip of your toes all the muscles in your body have relaxed and doubled their relaxation ... you feel so relaxed and comfortable that all of your muscles are going loose and limp as a RAG DOLL ...

Now again I will count from one down to five ... and as I count ... from one down to five ... this time the body will triple its relaxation ... one ...relaxation is starting to triple ... two ... relaxation is tripling more and more ... three ... you are very comfortable ... very relaxed ... four ... relaxation now has almost triple in the body ... five ... relaxation now has tripled in the body ... from the top of your head to the tips of your toes ... all the muscles have relaxed ... doubled their relaxation ... and tripled their relaxation ...

All the muscles are loose and limp as a RAG DOLL ... all the nerves are calm ... relaxed ... all the body tissues are rejuvenating in this wonderful relaxed state ... just sinking DOWN ... just letting go ... deeper and deeper into relaxation ...


Now again I will count ... but this time from one down to ten ... and this time as I count from one down to ten ... your mind will relax as your body is relaxed ... and with every count your body will double the relaxation it has at that time ... one ...your mind is relaxed as the body is relaxed and the body is doubling the relaxation it has at this time ... two ... your mind is relaxed as the body is relaxed and the body is doubling the relaxation it has at this time ... three ... the mind is relaxed as the body is relaxed and the body is doubling the relaxation it has at this time ... four ...
same thing ...five ... keep right on going ... six ... seven ... eight ... nine ...ten ...
your mind is completely relaxed as the body is relaxed and the body has doubled its relaxation many times over ...

You don't care what day it is ... you don't care what time it is ... you don't care about anything but how good you feel ... how wonderful you feel ... going deeper and deeper relaxed ...

Now I want you to go even deeper ... still deeper ... so this time double the relaxation you have in the body right now ... and when this is doubled I want you
to try to say "A" ...it only takes a few seconds ...you feel so good, so comfortable, so relaxed ... you don't even feel like saying "A" ...but now I want you to go deeper yet ... still deeper ... and when it is doubled ... try to say "B" ... again you feel so good, so comfortable, so relaxed ... that you don't even feel like saying "B" ... but now I want you to really let yourself go ... just as though you were on a spiral sliding board ... just sliding on DOWN to the basement of relaxation ... so again double the relaxation you have in your body at this time ...and when it is doubled then try to say "C" ... again you feel so good, so comfortable, so relaxed that you don't even feel like saying "C"...

So jusk keep on sinking DOWN deeper and deeper ... as I keep on talking the body just keeps right on sinking DOWN ... deeper and deeper ... into a wonderful...deep state of relaxation ... where the mind is passive ... and you feel wonderful ... where your arms are heavy ... where your legs are heavy ... very heavy ...very comfortable ... heavy feeling ... the arms and legs are so heavy, so comfortable, so relaxed that when I ask you to lift an arm or leg ... you'd find that they are so comfortable, so heavy, so relaxed that you don't feel like lifting them ... but nevertheless I want you to try to lift your left leg ...O.K. stop trying ... let it relax it feels so much better resting where it is ... it's so comfortable and you feel so good, so wonderful and so relaxed...

This will happen every day and every night ... and this wonderful good feeling will stay with you every day ... at all times ... deeper and deeper relaxed ... very deep ... very comfortable ... very relaxed ... such a wonderful ...comfortable ... feeling ...so loose ... so RELAXED ...you find that any time I say the words
"DEEPLY RELAX" to you ... immediately you will close your eyes and spontaneously go right back into this wonderful, deep, comfortable state of relaxation ... always enjoying it more and more ...
Always going deeper each time I work with you ... and every time I give you these positive suggestions, they will go deep into your subconscious mind ... they will be there when you need them ... every time I work with you it will reinforce all suggestions I have given to you before ... every day in every way you will be better and better, wiser and wise, happier and happier, healthier and healthier, feeling marvelous thoughout the day ...

Now I want you to pay attention to my voice and what I am going to teach you ... for I am ging to teach you to put yourself in this same state that you are in now, and this is how you will do it ...

         First ... make sure you are comfortable and safe ...
                                             Then ...set a time limit in you mind ...

Once your eyes are closed  ... take a deep breath and think 'RELAX', as you are letting your breath out ...

Then ... take another deep breath and think 'DEEPER' as you exhale ...

Then ... take another deep breath, and hold it for a moment ...Then as you let that breath out, think 'DEEPLY RELAX', .... already you can feel your body starting to relax ... DEEPER and DEEPER RELAXED ...

You will remain in this relaxed state for the amount of time you have set aside ... when that time has expired you will find yourself coming up and your eyes will automatically open ... you will feel refreshed, rejuvenated, wonderful and fine in every way, and all my suggestions tht I have ever given you ...That are beneficial to and positive to you will automatically be reinforced ... you will let this happen automatically and spontaneously ... going DEEPER and DEEPER RELAXED ... you will have good feelings and good thoughts at all times ...

AT THIS TIME POSITIVE VISUALIZATIONS

There are four (4) brain wave levels: Beta Wave: The beta state is one of physical alertness, with mind and emotions reponsive to senses.  Most of our waking time is spent in this state, which is associated with tensioin and striving.  While in beta, one experiences a sense of being controlled by time and space.  

Alpha Waves: (which is Meditation) This is the area of mind which brings increased creativity and physical relaxation.  Not only is the level of stress reduced but many people enter a light or hypnoidal trance called meditation.  At this level, there is a slowing down of brain and body pulsation.

Theata Waves:  Theat is the portal for entering nighttime sleep.  We all pas through theata twice a day:  when we fall asleep and when we awaken in the morning.  With hypnosis, we maintain theta for as long as the session lasts. Which is (Lucid Dreaming)

There are 7 levels of theta.  1. Light Hypnosis 2. Medium Hypnosis 3. Deep Hypnosis (Somnambulism) 4. Deep Somnambulism 5. Esdaile State 6. Canatonic State  7 Ultra Depth (Sichort State).

Delta Wave:  Delta is profound sleep.  There is a further slowing down of mental vibrations.  While in delta, we dream and sort out our mental and phsical machinery. At this level we are not responsive to suggestions from the out side.

Lucid Dreaming can be achieved very quickly and easily. In less then 5 minutes through the use of hypnosis you can achieve a Lucid State.  Your body is totally asleep but your mind is 100% awake, more focus'd on the goal of Astral Projection.

Once your in the Somnambulism state you can give yourself a key word that will bring you back to this deep relax'd state with in seconds.

All Progressive relaxations that I've seen on AP sites go through this proceedure. With the progressive relaxation techniques it can put you into the Alpha state and it feels like the Theta State but to find out if you are in that state we use the D-personalization test.  If you cant remember your name or a number then your in the theta state which is Somnabulism or the Lucid State.

The Cross excercise was easy to do.  I used to do that when I was 8 years old, now I'm 47.

I use to do that with black and white photographs that my dad had in the Air Force and they became 3-D.

Try it and see what happens.

That excercise was simple.  I've been doing that since I was 8 years old now I'm 47.
When I was younger I used that same technique or excercise with black and white photographs and mad them 3 deminsional (3-D)
Give that a try and see what happens.
