  I have found that core images do form a string at times especially if it is a life time pattern. I just posted a new article at my website called Energy configurations in hexed and cursed people which might help to explain it some.

  Mirrors have a long history of being used for scrying and it does not need to be any special sort of mirror. I have also found that when people are looking at me through a mirror I will see them in mirrors.
  I have read of a number of superstitions concerning mirrors also. I know that in some sections of Mexico at Halloween they place the table where it is reflected in a huge mirror. The whole family sits down and believes that everyone who has died and passed on sits on the other side of the mirror to join them. It is their one special day to be a part of the family again.
  A lot of people will see spirits in the mirror if they are around them also. Mirrors are used as a focal point for scrying so a special or consecrated mirror will work better for that and focus the energies clearer. It does not mean that you can not use any reflective surface as a focal point.
  A way to stop people from looking at you through mirrors is to take to small mirrors and coat the reflective sides with marigold tea made from marigold petals. You then glue the two sides together and pray that the focal points make it so they look at themselves. Hang it on a ribbon in a window or somewhere it can be made to look decorative. You can paint designs upon the dull sides or glue designs on them.
  It works and makes it so when the person focuses on you or tries to access you through the mirrors all they see is themselves.

  I have found that exhaustion during core image removals means quite a struggle with whatever you are trying to remove. I know with myself if I do not get the feeling of release then I go back and repeat the removal on the same subject the next day.
  My reasoning for this is something must be left or I would feel that sense of relief. A lot of times a core image is not one incident but many along the same vein of thought.
  We also keep making more core images when we repeat the same thoughts and feelings during every similar incident that happens in our lives. It is a form of self-cursing and keeps us in the same place.

  You can do the same thing by brushing the skin with your hand where you feel prickling sensations. Moonbeam is correct in that shielding will help with these problems.
  Covel,  since you are starting a gardening business. A rosemary plant growing or placed in your room drives negs away as would garlic or most other herbs. Two rosemary plants on either side of an entryway prevents evil from entering a business or home also.

  I have seen this work and experimented upon myself. Unfortunately the warts did not come off. The moles did just peel off. I guess the warts were not caused by spirit attachements.
  Now the use of the word Biro really threw me and I will have to reread the book again in that section. I just used a circle with a cross in the middle.

Hello Everyone
  Here are the class materials on the class for shielding. I have started out with the simplest shields first. I will be in the chat room at 8AM MST time. I live in Arizona in the United States. I will also be in the chat room at 5PM MST and 11PM on Friday the 26th of March.
  I will then be traveling for a couple of weeks. I will post class materials up before April 16th and I will be in the chat room at the same times on Friday April 16th in the US.

  I have been reading some messages where people are telling others that they need psychiatric help. It is a easy thing to say because it  lessens the person  problems to something that isn't as threatening or scary.
  I have heard discussions also on how the person does this to themselves. People then get to feel superior because they aren't as bad or in as much trouble as this other person who has been lessened.
  I figure some things should be cleared up. Psychology is just a new way of putting a old subject into a different context. Freud decided to make it scientific instead of the realm of the local shaman or spiritual helper. They invented places to put these people where they could be experimented upon with various methods to see if it helped.
  I have not seen as many cures from the scientific methods as I have from the simple shamanistic methods or spiritual methods that can be used.
  Most people who go into a psychiatrist with this sort of problems get medicated where they have no control over their problems. Schizophrenia is just a way to describe more than one personality in the same body. That is also obsession or possession. It just makes it so there is some scientific name that isn't as scary.
  Chemical imbalances might be a problem but spiritual help, chinese medicine and a lot of other disciplines call it unbalanced energy or elements being unbalanced.
  Everyone with these sort of problems has unbalanced energy that things can attach too. it does not mean they caused it to themselves but that the problems can only be gotten rid of by work upon themselves.
  It sounds like psychiatry in a kinder less medicated way. The practicioner removes what is attached and the person works upon themselves .
  I doubt that a single person who complains about these problems hasn't had self doubts about their mental sanity. It behooves us to give them ideas and methods on how to deal with these things. If nothing works from Roberts book or anyone else. They may need to seek the aide of someone on a one to one basis.
  Judgement by a bunch of people after knowing that your problems may be caused by something else doesn't help anyone.

I suggest that everyone read the book A treatsie on White Magic by Alice Bailey and Djwhul Khul. It states in there all of the things you are talking about and how the energies affect people.
  You have to get past the dated flowerly language but people on the left hand path follow the path of mentalism and thinking that they themselves are the only power. They have personal power and do not use anything else.They follow the path of Ego and self-aggrandizement.
  The people who work upon the energy of God or the great now draw it into themselves from above. Their soul becomes a conduit for God and they do the work and effort for Gods plan to help all humanity. They may never completely do anything but achieve their part of the plan but that is enough.
  Everyone is tempeted by the left hand path by the decisions they make in life. The little decisions add up so you either go one way or another even if you are not consciously causing trouble to anyone else but yourself.
  You do this by making the choices where you glorify your ego and yourself. It traps you in a cycle where you cut your soul off from God by the decisions that you make.
  On the subject of demons you will not be able to achieve anything with a demon that you can not achieve with God. Demons and the negative energies are part of the plan to show one why the right decisions have to be made to further the plan.
  Now personally I would prefer to help others and move things along for a better future for everyone. I have heard all sorts of stuff recently like spiritual satanism, qlippothic magic etc. Everyone has a choice and reading books and thinking about those choices is the best thing you can do for yourself.

  THere are topics here upon energetic shields. It will show how to set them up and properly do them for yourself. There are also articles on this website that do the same thing. I have articles upon my website also.
  Shielding is not a joke and does work well if you are seriously afflicted with problems. You can set them up for other people but it takes a lot of practice and you should trust who you are having do this for you. The best way to go is to do it for yourself.
  Everyone is talking like this is a video game. It means to me that most of you do not understand what real psychic defense problems are about no matter what you claim. I don't mind a good joke but this is supposed to be a serious forum about self defense methods.

  I have found that the methods and techniques that work are reproduced through out the ages. We are now using them with a twist for technology and so the Monroe Institute and other modern methods that use old methods in them.
  It really gives one insight into how magic is an ongoing learning experience and discipline. The best thing about Bardons books is how he has all the old methods and his ideas set up in a coherent structured system.

  Sage smudging can be used by everyone. The power to sage is to pray over it to connect it to the energies that cleanse evil. It is why there was a difference at the sweat lodge. Most people never add in the prayer which is what makes any herb, incense or method work.

  I stated before on this thread that it is not the masturbation that causes incubi or sucubi. The thought forms create them. It is also created when someone else purposely sends their fantasties to the one they are dreaming about. It makes it rough on both of them and the Incubi and sucubi will bounce inbetween the people.
  If you do feel you are being bothered by an incubi or sucubi do the self exorcism in Robert Bruces book PPSD. You should then not masturbate period for at least a month or more. The reason for this is you will attract the energies again.

It is not only child abuse although that is the hardest to overcome. It is abuse during any period of life. I sometimes feel that the abusers are actually taken over by things to make them do this at times.
  Negs will hook to any of these bad moments because it makes it so the person is more susceptible to blaming themselves for what happens.The reason for this is guilt and self-image the person feels unworthy and that everyone reacts to them for a reason. They then accept blame for things just to not be reminded of the pain they have suffered.
  It is miserable to live that way and the only things that helps is loving your self and seeing yourself as a lovable person. It is not easy either.
