Well I just went through the first 2 tracks of wave one, and no joke their really helpful. But the thing is once I was in Focus 10(well through the 2nd track) why does he guide you out of it? I wasn't expecting that and i was buzzing and felt more relaxed than ever, once he started talking about waking up i was like what? Noo this isn't what I wanna do lol.

@ D. Warner

No, what I meant was the actual meditation part is time-consuming.
I literally have to lie still for 45 minutes before I notice some kind of body separation.  I'm a very energetic guy, lying still is not something I'm good at

I agree with rest of your post though, you have have to give it a serious effort if you want results

hey man same here, literally no difference

So for example if I was just sitting there counting, then the next thing I know I get distracted by a random thought that doesn't pertain to me counting leave my body. That'd be a surface thought.

And keeping your mind engaged, you can just sit there and talk to yourself while you look at the blackness? Does that count lol

Cause I'm so tired of having to rely on my dreams for me to become OB, I only get like 1 every week or two weeks, when I want to every night.

As CFT said, you have to keep your mind more aware... get your mind active in doing something so that it doesn't notice your body falling asleep.

i can recall seeing a post from someone saying the mental thoughts is what needs to be quiet... but does that include just silently counting doing breathing exercises until you notice vibrations etc? cause thats pretty much all i do

Yeah, that was a normal dream... stuff just "happened".
But in this case, I was just viewing the pictures on my computer on facebook... and I then found myself "in" and at the location.

ahaha thats still awesome

I did that just last night in a dream.
I was viewing a friends facebook photos, to which I then jumped into the picture to the location.

i gotta try that, so you projected and got onto a computer and did that? hahah thats awesome

or was it just a dream you were unaware in?

that video is pretty crazy for real lol

Well today i had a great nonphysical lucid experience, in which it was the only one so far where i just "thought" to where i wanted to fly and went! every time i usually fly i either act like im swimming in the air or doing a superman type thing, but just thinking about where i wanted to go was much easier and felt so great!

just thought id share with everyone

I really am not sure man, i dont think anybody can be positive about what really happens. But the theory goes that sickness is an imbalance of the soul. And i guess if the intent is strong enough the flu could be cured. But for somebody who has a mild case of the flu, the intent probably is not fully there. Somebody with cancer for instance could pray and ask for divine assistance.

I see i see.

I had a lucid dream that was followed by me waking up in parlaysis and I saw a white figure literally right beside me looking down, no design just s figure

This would be an example of that, yes?

obviously you have to be in the right place, like HaoAsakura said you would probably have to have an actual connection to the Divine. Anyway, if there really are surgeons on the etheric astral planes, i doubt they would cure something like the simple flu. . .

Didnt you say all sicknesses are problems with the imbalance of the soul though? And what do you mean the flu has killed countless people.

I've only seen hooded entities in the etheric or RTZ, and usually as "Dweller on the Threshold" type beings.  I've seen light entities in the astral, and to a point in the RTZ, but only indirectly and briefly, like a sparkle that goes away fast.

Elaborate on dweller on the threshold for me please?
#115
So for example if i got sick from the flu lets say, i can project and ask for thus to be gone and be healed and it would? i dont know about all that.
#116
im not trying to run into any entities, better yet after i project find out their just chillin in my room waiting for me.

I was not aware that I was dreaming, but when I was projecting I knew that I had seperated from my body.

ive had similar experiences where i was in my room in a dream(nonphysical awareness) and i was attempting to project so i laid down in my bed and did my normal routine, and was instantly floating around in my room, it just for some reason didnt click that i could be aware in the nonphysical, when i was indeed actually there lol

i feel that i had this dream just because my desire of wanting to project, probably the same for you. its kind of like your mind playing games with you!

Dreamking, it is possible without a doubt. Dr. Bruce Goldberg talks about the true cause of illness being an imbalance in the souls energy. Here is a link to an article http://www.drbrucegoldberg.com/AlternativeMedicine.htm
It seems that there are "surgeons" on the astral planes who can heal the imbalances. It is a matter of asking your higher self (or God) to assist.

are there certain extents? like for example a person with cancer can just project and ask for the healing power of god, and then gone?

Well, maybe it effects you but It doesn't effect me.

I smoke weed regularly, and can remember 2-3 dreams a night. And I've projected on nights where I've been drunk and high and had perfect experiences. Don't get me wrong if you "think" it will slim your chances of projecting, it probably will

If you would of read my post you would of saw that I said my longest projection happend on a night where I couldn't even see straight. But the projection was fine

I read some people use DMT o achieve OBE and AP, is that true?/

Also its highly illegal...LOL

I've done DMT a handful of times, you can leave your body if you take a decent amount of it to where it'll knock you out for about 5-15 minutes.

If anyones curious about what DMT does and is etc, you should look up writer and researcher Terrence McKenna and see what he says about it. Interesting stuff.

Is there any reason why this happened? the only thing i can think of is that it was my subconcious trying to prevent me from projecting or something?

i havent attempted anything since this happened, so any ideas?

I had a similar experience.. flyin over an unknown forrest/village during winter, etc... my experience had a wholesome Christmas-like vibe.

Most of my experiences seem to be flying over something or another. My favorite ones are the ones where I "take off" from my backyard. I love that rollercoaster feeling.

it really is the best feeling , my main goal when i project always begins with "im going to fly....."

Dont' sell yourself short.
You might not have had a "conscious exit" projection... but if you've made an AP from a LD, then you've most definitely projected.  :)
The thing about the non-physical is once you get out there, the filters on your physical body shouldn't matter.  You shouldn't feel that "drunkenness" at all.

Yea your technically right lol  :-)

But like i was saying, my most vivd and longest lucid dream actually occurred on a night i was really drunk and smoked weed. so i think it doesnt matter to much

One thing i have noticed is that if i stop smoking for a few days my dream recall def. imrpoves, but it almost doesnt matter because i still remember my dreams every night. But my friends that i talk to that smoke weed regularly they tell me they never remember any dreams or they dont dream at all, so it definitely effects to a certain extent. So i think if you desire the want to remember your dreams and advance etc, you can.

Flying in the non-physical is an absolute passion of mine.

Back when I was younger and I first became conscious of the fact that I could lucid dream... my first steps in flying required me to flap my arms, but it wasn't "quite" flying, more like "superman jumps".  I'd jump, flap my arms to move really high... then coast back down to the ground.
It wasn't until about 10 years ago that I finally shed the "arm flapping" thing and just jet off and ACTUALLY fly.

But yeah, being uncontrolled such as that can be quite terrifying.  If you ever find yourself like that again and if you're able to... the first step is to calm yourself, calm and center yourself.  Get control of your thoughts and emotions.  That should stop you.  It's just not gonna be easy.  :)

Yea my last LD i was flying above a bunch of buildings looking down for probably to long, and instantly just fell and landed on top of a roof on my stomach lol

I've never been able to project yet, but I've had lucid dreams on nights that I have drank and smoked on, so I don't know. If you convert projection from lucid dreaming id say no it doesnt affect that atleast.

Some people will also say your experiences will be effected if you end up being able to project UTI of any drugs, but I'm starting to doubt that also
