so i went to bed and laydown on the opposite side where i sleep (as i read on one of Franks posts) so my mind doesnt thinks about sleeping.

i started by just letting the body relax, then i use the fall sensation and BOOM, felt into a decent trance, my body got heavy then i tried to focus where my awareness is behind the eyes and suddenly i stated seeing an image of a WarCraft picture that i saw just a couple of minutes on facebook, but i tried to ignored it when my eyes ONCE AGAIN stated the rapid eye movement 7_7 then i stated getting tense, just my head, and my heart chakra activated itself AGAIN 7_7 and the beat grew strong then i stopped, but then i had to stop the beat of the physical heart too (i just commanded myself and thats it). then my heart started sending blood to my ears and my eyes got tense while the rest of my body was still in trance.

Then i stated using energy to start the vibration sensation but after a while i stated noticing that i could feel my astral hands moving in and out so i decided, energized the whole arm and then the other arm and actually it felt pretty real like a real physical arm and tried the rope method but i was too tense, so i decided to get out of the trance and relax for a bit xDDDDD.

im going to try again in a while.

any suggestions for the rapid eye movement?

you guy should do some reading about the chakras, im kind of surprise that while you AP you dont notice them, or havent develop some of the psych abilities (probably you have, but may not be aware of it u_u!)

I use a lot of visualization to use energy, but certain stuff become automatic after i do them a couple of times. or i use commands.

For example did you know that you can create a thoughtform (also called servitors) while you are awake in the physical plane (kind of, its better to be in a trance state because its easier to manipulate energy that way) and make it do some work for you. For some time i thought that thoughtforms where just in the mental plane and worked from there to influence the physical plane, after a while i discovered a way to pass them into what you call RT zone, and the other day i was trying to project and suddenly i thought about introducing myself into one of my thoughtforms, when i tried to do that my eyes (closed) started going crazy, like in RAM state while i was visualizing my self getting into the thoughtform body, then i found this forum and by reading some of the posts i noticed that the method that i was using works (but its too advance for me since i havent consciously project.) But i guess you can make some use this information and experiment. I wonder who would it feel to be inside the body of a thoughtform, two consciousness in one body xDD.


To create a thoughtform:

1. Sit comfortably.

2. Enter into a deep trance.

3. Keep your eyes closed during this one. When you are completely relaxed, and you can no longer feel your body, you are ready to begin.

4. Now, visualize a beam of light entering your body through the crown of your head and filling your aura. The color of the light should correspond with the intended working of the thoughtform. Saturate your entire being with the colored energy until you are vibrating with it.

5. Given the nature of the working, choose a corresponding chakra (according to color) where you will release the energy. Keeping your eyes closed, visualize this energy streaming from the chakra and forming a ball in front of you. For works involving the base chakra, (normally black magick), you should visualize the energy leaving the base chakra and the energy ball packing between your legs. For workings involving the crown, pack the energy straight up above your head. It is important that the energy be released in a straight line. Keep packing the energy into the ball so it becomes more and more solidified.

6. When the energy is sufficiently strong, you can begin to shape it into whatever form will serve your purpose. Visualize what it is you want this creature to do and infuse the creature with it. Keep it simple. Complex and detailed instructions don’t work with thought forms.

7. Using a very short phrase, 1-5 words, silently or aloud, keeping your eyes closed, command the creature, then release it like a bullet shot into the void.

^ that is one of the ways you can created a thoughtform, remember that the thoughtform will develop consciousness after it acquires enough energy, be careful, also REMEMBER TO COMMAND THE THOUGHTFORM TO AUTO DESTROY after its mission/purpose  is done (when they develop consciousness they may go crazy and do whatever they want because as you well know energy feed from energy and the energy of a person may influence their behavior, IF you plan to keep a thought form for a long time (GIVE IT A NAME) and make sure ( TO GIVE IT THE COMAMMAND) that they will ONLY feed on your energy so they will act accordingly with its creator behavior.

the chakras a vortex of energy that are all across your body.

The human body has 7 main chakras (in your spine), and other 5 secondary, + a couple hundreds nadis (idk if i spelled right,) (nadis are mini chakras, those mini chakras make a network transfering energy to other parts of your body, you can see then in the acupuncture practices.)

Each chakra is related with some kind of awareness for example the 1st chakra base is about survivor and materialism. each chakra has its own prerequisite to be open and active. the second is about sex (it is also related to the 1st chakra), and creativity?, the third is your vital energy, the fourth is your emotions and health (you can heal yourself using the 4th chakra energy and redirecting it to the place when it hurts, of needs to heal), the 5th is your ability to communicate and express yourself, the 6th is your psych abilities, awareness, etc, and the 7th is about the whole (as a package xDD) everything that surrounds you.

You can open each chakra by focusing your awareness on the place where the chakra is located and absorbing energy (visualize the energy of the color of the chakra) from the earth or from the 'universe'.

The 1st 3 chakras are the animal ones (energy from the earth) and the 4th other chakras (after the 3rd chakra) are the divine ones (energy from the "universe").

The 4th last chakras (4,5,6,7) have psych abilities once developed.

For example: the 6th Chakra, where the 3 eye is located (in the middle of your eyebrows), and its asociated with the pineal gland (a gland that produces dmt when we AP, and also regulates the sleeping circles by relising a chemical call Melatonin (thats the physical (chemical) reaction of the vibrations on your body, when your body falls a sleep the brain releases a small amount of melatonin and that paralyzes the body to prevent you from moving while sleeping. The 6th chakra is also associated with AP, clairvoyance (which is not so hard to develop: use your dreams, ask yourself a question before going to sleep)(there are others kind of claivoyance of course like premonitions, etc). Also through the use of the 3rd eye and some training you can see auras, and use telepathy using the correct methods.

i can kind of see a "invisible field" (not the aura itself) around ppl and objects, and feel entities that are close to me, among other stuff i have been through the use of energy and developing my chakras, but the sudden small vibrations is what i cant understand, because i can shift my awareness to feel my aura, and move energy from one part of the body to other part of the body BUT i cant get to the AP vibrational state by using energy (which is kind of funny because i thought they were the same, but now i realize that the AP vibrations and the vibrations that i feel are different kinds of vibrations). interesting.

ok, i have been asking this questions for years!!!

i can feel like chills?, static?, kind of vibrations in my body while im physically awake. what is this, why does it happens?


i can at will produce small sparks of vibration on my hand.

sometimes when i get a feeling, happy, sad, discovered something, etc i can feel like a small vibration or electrical static in parts of my body or the whole body. sometimes i can do that at will and increase those vibrations with my will.

Once i remember that i was talking to a friend and she told me something that i used to remind her a lot, when she told me that those words had a lot of meaning for her, suddenly it was like my "body" bust a bean of energy out of nowhere, that has passed me before in other occasions but not at will.

but this vibrations are not like the AP vibrations.

it started happeninig to me more frequently after my first AP vibrational state (4 years ago) (which was very intense, but i couldnt get out of my body cuz i wasnt relaxed :\ ) after that day i would vibrate even when i was doing other stuff like doing hw, or exercising but then they stop after a couple of days and now is hard for me to get to the vibrational state, sometimes i can vibrate when im doing some meditation and then relax but it is not something that i can induce at will.

i do meditation, i play with energy a lot, i can do other stuff with it, but getting to the vibrational state before AP it has become harder since the first time, the same with falling into theta trance level, since the first time i induced my self into such a deep state of trance i havent been able to do it again, just getting close to the alpha trance level.

can it be that those vibrations are the same as vibration produced before AP, or possibly (as i suspect) are normal energy vibrations?

This may be a silly question but i have been always told that you cant consciously AP laying down, facing your bed.

Is that true?


or there is any preferable position for AP for example laying down facing up?

i find easier to fall asleep facing down on my bed.

Hello,

I have been trying to AP how about 4 years, no success yet on a conscious exit (as far as i remember) but i had have lucid dream, and probably been in the astral plane without notice.

I have try visualization, and also reproducing sensations such as falling and sinking through the bed. With the one that i have the best luck is with visualization.

In the beginning i used to feel the vibrations even when i was awake (for some reason, after the first time i felt the vibrations, using a mantra at 3am in the morning, felt asleep and woke up feeling different and then bang if i try to transport i would feel intense vibrations (but i was still in my body, not relaxed xDDD).

I have been trying from time to time: see colors, sometimes i can see a bit of light through my eyelids, other times sounds, sometimes vibrations, sometimes the sensation of my astral body leaving the body but for some reason my head never gets out of my body (not even when someone from the astral plane was pulling me out by my feet, my head wouldnt get out of my body, i was seen this "person" trying to pull me out, but at the end i head won ;_;), i even had eye twitching, like in ram state when i tried to introduce myself in something i have in the astral plane, i have felt the hyper space sensation too, i have had sleep paralysis after waking up from a couple of "dreams", and i lucid dream sometimes (but im not so wise to get out into the astral plane 7_7 keep forgetting).

my technique:

1st relax using my mind or giving commands to my body: heart beat reduced, muscles mostly relaxed (eyes and head give me some trouble sometimes)

2nd then I visualize myself out of my body walking around the room, flying, or going somewhere

3rd nothing happens or i fall asleep.   

with some techniques using visualization i can feel my astral body moving , with other techniques i cant feel anything.

can somebody give me some advice, please.
