I don't regard judgment as negative and I think one step further, we won't feel separate from "perceived" negative ones when we are graced with understanding. I am at times particularly negative. There may come a day where we appreciate our strife.

It's a great practice you have, that is, recognizing the bounty within and not depending on anyone else for your happiness or personal growth.

For me, when the negative ones act up, and they do act up, I try and let it fluff off me and not take things too seriously or personally. I have may bubble of light around me and imagine it's impenetrable.

The more I turn that judgmental lens *WITHIN, the more I recognize how imperfect I am. This is the little me talking to you, full of Ego and Delusions of Grandeur    Full of impatience and irritabilities, regrets and wrong action.

Haha- All of this to say... When we realize we are indeed stepping into our potential- when we acknowledge our spiritual evolution as a consistent opportunity -

The less time we have to worry about the negative ones. The reward for turning our judgmental lens inward is not seeing another's actions as threatening. Instead we may be graced with understanding -

Understanding our selves, our negative aspects, our noble pursuits, and in turn- understanding others, understanding why a person is behaving so negatively.

We don't view "them" with contempt, or even feel we need to shield ourselves from, "other than self"

It's an ever evolving journey that continues on after our short time here on planet Earth, and we may find ourselves incarnate on a alien planet, with alien bodies as we strive for complete attainment of and with Source.

Note how often we feel separate from, on a mass scale... Consider our literal separation as physical entities with beautiful personalities and all that we have yet to attain.

[11:11 signals are driving me nuts!]

Hi Guys,

It's been a real long time since I've been here but I thought I would come back to share my experience at the moment. I have been seeing the time 11:11 for quite a while now and just thought of it as a good omen. Often I am deliberating something in my head when I look up and see it on the digital clock. I usually know what decision to make from there on.

Lately I have been seeing a whole lot of 9:11. Not just only on the clock but also else where. I work in a call centre and I work with dates a lot and entering them into the computer. The date 09/11 is coming soon and I wander if it holds something in store for me.

Has anyone else experienced this lately. I didn't know anybody else experienced 11:11 until I came across it by accident on Uri Gellers website

Also I think I should add that my role in my job at the moment is helping out the new trainees and I get a real buzz out of it. It's something to do with my life purpose and I know it is teaching me a lot and will come in handy in the future. I reckon I am being told that I am on the right track

Everything you're sharing is directly on par with others who experience the time prompts, and is a spiritual evolution and partnership with the potential to realize the power of NOW, GOD, SELF, LOVE.

There is a mostly invisible intelligent force guiding you. It can start as 1111, then it can change to 9:11... It can then go from time prompts, to recognizing unique manifestations with the world around you-
Whether that is a custom license plate matching your internal thoughts
Or someone you think about suddenly comes into your life... Or seeing something flash on the TV, in a song, on a billboard that feels like a direct message for you.

This is my opinion, I have been experiencing the 1111 phenomenon(that I'm aware of) since 2008. The most important realization these unique manifestations have made me aware of is the fact that there is a Divine Partnership.

Lately, this loving and guiding intelligent force has brought me a taste of what it means to be fully present. I didn't know this, but it seems my "Default" is not actually completely in the present.

Have you ever had an OBE that felt, "realer than real?" Many of us have on this forum, where everything is more vivid and alive... It's the same when you are living in union with that living intelligence as completely present. It is one of the most magical, surreal feelings we can experience. You will feel elevated, ecstatic, and your soul will twirl with joy. It can even make you feel a little crazy, when you realize how REAL it all is.

Rest assured, you are not crazy. You are loved. That you feel good helping others and are receiving the 1111 prompts(which move beyond numbers) is indeed a GOOD OMEN.

Well technically they are called Midwayers, because they live in a realm between us and the next level that we go to after death. They are the closest spiritual entity to us. They are actually material creatures, but of a material invisible to most of us. It was not supposed to be like that, we were supposed to be able to see them, and on "normal" worlds that is the way it is. George much prefers to call them "Spiritual Guardians" or simply "Angels."

I am not versed in the material with the link above... But after 16 years of being a member there I am finally diving into the Urantia Book. It's not important to me to understand it all or accept it all with some dogmatic fervor but it is important in helping me recognize there are many beings working behind the scenes to assist us. And the many beings all point to One Being. All life points to One Life.

I have a friend, and energy signature associated with the number 14. My personal journey has lead me through Sufism and the Peacock Angel... This angel is supposedly one of Gods first manifestations whose mission is to point man towards the Sun- the Source.

My most recent experience with my invisible friends has been bouts of psychokinesis and instant manifestation. As if our physical reality is malleable clay when it comes to matters of Spirit.

I do not mean like that sorry for misunderstanding, i am realistic guy like Rudolf Steiner.People need to go step by step and understand things like they are not convert them or force themself to convert them with unnecessary "love", for me this is worst thing human can do himselfs. My approach is accepting things like they are because in long term it will help you more instead of forcing yourself to love or anything else.Unlike many of you here i do not have too many experince or anything but i do understand, what is necessary, what is not and fear literally waste of time.Once people do understand that every single doubt about fear will be gone, atleast this is how i learn.

Good morning.  Thank you for the clarification. It means a lot, I understand how you feel. I do not like forcing anything on anyone. And I do not like being forced to limit my understanding when someone presents their fear based belief to me. You are not doing this, I share this because it helps me relate to what you are saying.
One of the biggest conundrums I have encountered with others is the beauty of their Christian Faith coupled by the limitations of their fear and understanding. I am sure this applies for most any religion and spiritual debate we may encounter.

I have to remind my self no one can force anything upon me I do not want, and to focus on the common principles than the stark differences. Fear is so prevalent in us all(our species), especially when it comes to the unknown.

In simple terms, some things take a leap of Faith and the discoveries are joyful and rewarding. No fairy tales here... Even though I do feel a sense of romanticism with my personal Journey.

The last thing I had originally included and will say now is... I am not behaving in the manner I am, a belief in Love for all, because I am forced to. It is the consequence of my natural development, as it genuinely makes me feel good to be rooted in a Loving vibration... Whether another person is receptive or not. And I am not always aware of this precious reality.

I wake up around 2:45AM to use the restroom. At the same time my neighbor is coming home with a couple of friends. They are loud and listening to music at 3AM until about 4AM. I can't fall back asleep. I remember reading Taks journal entry and try counting backwards from 100, coloring the numbers and noting the visuals behind closed eyes. I get to 0 and still can't fall asleep. I turn to my side and then the other, finally I manage to doze off at some point.

That's when I realize I'm having an OBE. Except I'm not in my apartment, I'm at my parents house and in their main hallway. I see another Being standing on the other side of the door, he is tall with cream-beige skin. No hair on his body, and he may have an extra pair of arms. Everything feels realer than real. I walk towards him, I don't like that he's just standing there watching me. I want to know who he is- but as I get closer to him I see him using one of his hands and applying some kind of force. I am brought down to one knee by the weight of this invisible force. I stay there for a minute and then put my hand up in the air with my palm facing him. I feel like I'm applying a force right back, and I stand up and continue to walk towards the door.

I phase through the front door, but completely lose awareness of the being on the other side. Instead I am now in the center of the street looking up towards the sky. Because I recognize all the sensations of being OoB I decide to float up towards the sky. At some point there's an impression of a UFO among the stars- its blended in with the night and I don't know if that is happening now or comes later. I also don't know what body I have anymore. Instead I am spiraling up towards the clouds- my awareness, whatever body it is attached to, feels wider and more geometric. I'm not looking out through a set of eyes, I don't have a neck. But I am seeing from a very head on-nose to object first person kind of view. I can feel the cool air! I can feel the weight of my vessel as I decide to rotate my ascent upwards in a spiral fashion. It feels great! I am spiraling in a straight line upwards to the right- and then I decide to spiral to the left. I'm not laughing but I feel the joy of laughing inside me. The sky is so clear, and I'm getting higher up than I normally would!

After this I descend into a dream... I am in my apartment. It's now daylight and I'm opening my door for whatever reason in nothing but boxers and a suit jacket. That's when my neighbor opens her door, but it isn't her it's one of her friends. I apologize for running into her exposed and close my door... But I really want to be outside I think to myself- so I put my hands in my suit pockets to cover up my near naked body as I go back out. I realize my neighbors friend is trying to rescue her cat which got loose.

I somehow help her and she introduces herself to me, she is surprised to discover I'll be one of her students and she is my teacher. I think it odd that she's my teacher considering she's so much younger and was just up all night partying.

From here I seem to be at my parents house taking a shower- except the showerhead is broken and I am instead being sprayed down by the sink. At the same time there is a new shower head that was poorly installed next to the old one and its running water and spilling all outside the shower and on the floor. My mother has guest downstairs while I'm trying to clean myself and clean up the excess water.

And I think after this I am teleported to a building. There's a new academia in town. I am one of the people in charge of this PSK type school and greeting the old head master. I am explaining to them we are moving in, we have legally won this place. As I say that I see Tulsi Gabbard and her Mother enter the building... And suddenly there's a line of young leaders with their parents coming into the building. Now I'm standing at the front door and greeting each person that walks in- I'm wearing a suit and tie, fully clothed. I shake each persons hand and smile, "congratulations" I tell them. One of the young men tells me I look good with a tie on, we laugh. The same feeling of being OoB seems to take over here -

And somehow it's nighttime again I am looking at the stars I think through a glass door and I'm pointing out the difference between the stars and a cluster of lights which appear to be more like a craft than anything else.

I wake up around 6AM... All of this happened in the course of 1 hour and maybe + 15 minutes.

Fear must be handled alone, otherwise you will not fully concuer it.These toxic positivy(love,song bla bla.) things wont work on everyone, some people act with logic so .. basically you need to understand fundementals without putting fairy tails in it.

Welcome to the AP! I understand what you're saying- that it helps to understand what's happening to your body. You might enjoy Adrians explanation- ??

When it comes to sleep paralysis- I had it more often in my 20's and rather spontaneous. I discovered the big toe method after much fright and unsuccessful fight.

It is a similar explanation to Adrians... That is... As the body shuts down, it enters into a 'rest' or 'standby mode' like a computer. Except instead of your mind slowing down with your body, your mind is alert and aware of the body transitioning into rest... Which is why there is creeping, tingling sensations and eventual paralysis.

This was a threshold for me- hypnagogia, OBE's which allowed me the opportunity to explore and discover unique insights.

But before I explored it further I had to learn how to break free from the undesirable paralysis. This was achieved by placing my awareness to my big toe(right or left, pick one!). I would tell my body, "I'm going to wiggle my big toe now" and proceed to do so. Sending the signals to my toe would gently wake my body up and release the paralysis instead of fighting, struggling and trying to scream or slam my head forward as I have tried so often.

I find it a rather unfortunate perspective to think of things like love and song as toxic or to divorce them from logic. There's plenty of science and logic to both love and song. Would you agree?

---I look back at my sleep paralysis episodes form my 20's and think it was meant to happen. It was during that time I had my initiation dreams from 2008 and much of it has served as a means of helping me discover and live in accordance with my deepest desire.

Even understanding the mechanics behind it doesn't explain the why. Like why then and not now? I personally believe there is a guiding(loving and intelligent) force working with us and in a manner most suited to our individuality.

I feel fortunate to have had the sleep paralysis, and everything else which has fueled my discoveries and propelled my desire to get closer with that very loving and intelligent force.

It's interesting what you say about a test and a simulation. Sometimes I think what we experience in the astral, even if it seems like our actual bedroom, is more along the lines of a mental construct. And I think it's possible we are entered into these constructs for a higher purpose. Like being given an opportunity to understand which it self is a type of evolution.

If you are overcome with fear, you can pray for help.

Every time I've reached out during an astral experience, completely overcome by dread, and prayed- the experience comes to an end. 100% success rate.

The bubble thing is interesting, as a child I used to imagine a shield of energy around me- not necessarily a shield that deflects but a vacuuming energy that transmutes anything that tries to intermingle with it.

The vast majority of my Spiritual experiences (>99%) are beautiful, peaceful, loving and Divine. On very rare occasions there can be an Astral, OBE, RTZ or a Divine experience that can invoke fear. It is important to note that a fear inducing event is not always created by a scary looking or a malevolent being. One particular experience I had, which I do consider a Divine experience, was extremely fear inducing and still sits far apart from all the rest of my experiences as it was overwhelmingly detailed, vivid, and so spectacular that I had difficulty processing it. I know the being I experienced meant me no harm. I was simply caught off guard and not ready to process such an overwhelmingly dazzling experience that came from the darkness.  I shared my detailed experience with Rosalie privately (and a select few on the Astral Pulse) . Rosalie subsequently had her own frightening experience at the Monroe Institute, which she has spoken about publicly via her YouTube videos.

After her visit to the MI, she reached out to me regarding one of her courses and to chat. We had a very enjoyable and lengthy video conference on this topic, as well as many other topics. She has now done a YouTube video on this very subject on how to cope with fear encountered during Out of Body Experiences and in the Astral. She has wonderful incite on how to deal with the fear response. I speak very highly of Rosalie, she is extremely knowledgeable, sincere, kind and very advanced in spiritual matters. She is also an expert in Yoga Nidra and has created extensive and varying content demonstrating this technique. This particular form meditation is to create a mind awake and body asleep state that is used to trigger OBEs. Rosalie's "How to deal with fear" video is linked below. The video has some interviews with the Monroe Institute high tiered staff and trainers, which are very interesting. Her channel is called RosalieYoga.  I figured this would be very helpful to those that struggle with fear.

It's true, the unknown can be terrifying. Especially when you think about the *vast unknown. Just think how timid we've been made when something doesn't go our way with what we *do know. Or how scared we get if we find ourselves in the ocean and unable to see or feel the bottom.

I acknowledge that when we are approached by something magnificent and unfamiliar, it can be intimidating.

It's kind of like walking in the dark. If we know where the objects in the dark room are, we are generally OK. But if we walk in a new room, in complete darkness, we tread so much more cautiously and even carry a sense of dread.

I am excited to watch this video. I believe you're right. It is possible to experience a divine being and be made absolutely terrified.

I still need to watch the video. I just wanted to share my archangel experience and say some things about fear in the astral. Learning the big toe method, wiggling the toe, was a life saver when I first started having sleep paralysis. I never understood what was happening and would instead fight it. But once I learned the big toe method, allowing me to break free from the paralysis- I tried to recreate sleep paralysis to have an OBE. I was excited to think I discovered the gateway to the unknown.

There have been many instances of fear, and whenever things got out of control- there was something or someone to help. A profound experience that I can think of sharing here is with archangel Raphael. I didn't know much about archangels(still don't) it's not something I ever studied-

I once had an OBE where I glided down the stairs and I saw another me sitting cross legged meditating in the living room.

*I think seeing that was a key symbol as a way to relay to me that whatever was happening was an observing/learning moment. Of course, I did not recognize this in the moment. I just thought, 'huh- there I am meditating' and kept gliding around.

Suddenly, I was back upstairs when a giant invisible and malevolent force grabbed me by my throat and pinned me up at the very top corner of the room. I could feel his giant hands wrapped around my throat choking me- I was panicking and flooded with fear.

**I realize now I was facing an aspect of my self. True aggression found in my subconscious.

I didn't know what to do at the time and pleaded for help.

That's when a flash of gold and white light took over- everything was wiped away by this light. ***Like a simulation being dismantled.

All the fear and panic had disappeared and I heard the name(very clearly) *RAPHAEL

I opened my eyes, fully awake, and saw lingering energetic residue... Gold, purple and green. The energy looked like a silhouette of a giant alien head tilting its face sideways and looking at me very curiously.

It slowly faded out as I sat up from my bed and tried to understand what just happened.

I looked up the name raphael plus the colors I saw and discovered this to be an archangel of healing. When I read that I immediately broke out in tears(sweet tears of relief/release) and I felt the most peaceful chills running along my spine spreading through out my being.

Some things I want to impart is that I have never been harmed, even though some of the experiences felt very real and terrifying.

Learning what's happening to my body with sleep paralysis has taken away a lot of the fear and even inspired me to meet the challenge with the hopes that I would find something even more wonderful in the unknown.

I think the example I have shared above was its own simulation allowing me to face unpleasant aspects of my self. The giant invisible hand was my own aggression and malevolence. I believe I was being given an opportunity to recognize that, but I was overcome by fear and did not have the lucidity to understand what was happening in the moment.

I never forgot the experience and am learning a lot from it even today...

I believe contact is already happening. In ways that are less material.

But there is a reality that saddens me. The generalization in the Christian Ethos that all aliens are demons. I thought this belief was rare, but I am learning it's rather common. It makes me very careful when I talk about ET's and spiritualizing ones mind.

It's okay- we are here working through and with our choices, our beliefs and such is life. There are many schools of thought on this beautiful little planet of ours. Faith that our loved ones will indeed get there, and an ability to recognize where a person is at.. Learning how to share whats more important, these are gifts in themselves.

I, above everything, desire direct personal experience of what is often called 'God', or the infinite, the absolute.

More than anything my life is slowly becoming the awareness of a living partnership with God. Who, what is God? Am I to tell you? Certainly not. You discover, you decide.

So I ask, how do you wish to experience God? In what ways have you already experienced?

My life is a partnership. The thought I had this morning, I wish to marry God. God the Beloved. God the Romantic Partner.

What matters most is sincerity. My thoughts by themselves are fleeting, distracted by the whims of a still developing Ego- then do I run back to God the loving parent when I've all but forgotten my deepest desires. When I've forgotten what is happening *now*

It is possible to experience God in an immeasurable, variety of ways. So you must ask your self... what do you want- how do you want, and you must cultivate your awareness... Stepping into the living Partnership, recognizing Life as speaking to your innermost desires.

Thanks Frosty, that was entertaining. I like that your last two WF episodes referenced the double slit experiment.

You also have me wondering about this woman I had encountered, and her ability to see different versions of reality. I wonder if she somehow traveled in a fashion like remote viewing? If there are others who share a similar ability?

I met a woman who confided something in me years ago. She is a regular at a pub my Dad and his friends go to. She told me she could see their different lives in a type of parallel universe. She told me things about each person and where they were in different realities. She also told me I was the only one in that group who was the same in each reality. She said there are a few who are the same no matter the universe.

I don't know why she felt compelled to share it with me... But it felt special and so I take a great interest in your post and seeing what this visitor has to say! Thank you!
